The owner was not very polite either while on the phone. I wasn't informed of the price increase until two weeks after my payment had been taken. After initially denying me access to services I had already paid for, the owner's "resolution" was to allow me to use the service just one final time on Monday (7/14). I understand that prices can increase, but blindsiding clients and taking their money without proper notice or options is completely unacceptable. After being a loyal client for three years, I unfortunately can no longer recommend this business.

I looked up tip and shaved and exfoliated before arriving and did not put any products on my skin. The girl at the desk was very helpful and explained the differences in the spray tans. With her help I decided to get a tan that shows instantly and added moisturizer. She then walked me to the back and explained the process to me. They have barrier cream to put on hands and feet. I wish I would have used a but more but it was fine. There is a hair net to cover your hair but don't let it sit on your forehead. Last, there are sticky pads for the bottom of your feet. Once you get in you stand as directed and push the button. It's over in a matter of 2 minutes and you step out dry. She was not kidding when she said instant! I was immediately tan and it looked great! There was no orangey tone it was very natural. When I got home my fiancé said I looked thinner but he couldn't figure out why. . Now I feel like I have to come back every month!

I called the first phone number of the employees/owners list. She said the other employee/owner is doing the spray tan to try to call her. At the same time another business owner in the same office building was leaving so I was finally able to get inside. I go to the floor Luster Tan is on and find their door is locked/all the lights are out. I was very confused. I try call the other employee, who was going to perform the tan, and it went straight to voicemail. I know I had my appointment time and location correct based on confirmation email I received the day before my appointment. See picture. It's very annoying I booked this appointment a month in advance and received two confirmation emails then no one there. And no one tried to reach out to me, even after I called. I attribute the weight loss to getting up and showing up 4 days a week at the Spa. I am definitely feeling better and doing more activities. I'll tell you later how I restored an inch in height. Here is the equipment I use. The Hydration Station: It's like a steam room in a large capsule. I go for medium setting. I elevate my knees into the steam cloud along with my hands. The arthritis feels much better. The Sun Angel: Not for tanning purposes. For me.We set it to Essentials. The light frequency lets your body develop vitamin D naturally. I think this has helped my bones as well. Be sure to wear eye protection. 3. I also use the Cocoon and the Poly. The cocoon operates on infrared (IR heat). It's like crawling into a heating pad sooo good. No arthritic pain after that for me. Temporarily but getting better. I use the red LED on the poly. I'm not really worried about wrinkles but it does help. 4. The Beauty Angel is the maximum red light therapy you can get. When I come out of there my whole body feels charged. The mitochondria (battery in each cell of your body) is stimulated and can work harder) get charged up. This too is good for arthritis. I keep my arms above my head to help the lymph nodes under my arm and expose my Gluteus Maximums. Places where the sun hardly ever shines. 5. The HydroWave. My first experience with it was I heard my backbone ripple and relax. This is always the last thing I do before I leave the Spa. I really do believe I got back my youthful stature of 6'2 from just relaxing. When the operators are not at the front desk. That means they are helping someone or inside the equipment cleaning it. I called end of Aug. 2021 to freeze my…read moreacct(suspend) and the local office i tan at stated i needed to do it in person, not enough time that month, so i went in sept 29th 2021 and personally cancelled and the lady was having problems with the system and said she will email me the hold for the winter.. then i got my credit card bill and they charged me for Oct and Nov. i called to complain and funny how they were able to suspend my acct over the phone and passed on i wanted my $ back. no one call, called back and location stated they only credited 1 month.. i wasn't happy so she passed info to corp again and no one still called me on day #4 of going back and forth my location gave me corp's # and the little girl there Danielle stated she doesn't see my hold and they did credit me 1 month, i asked when it will be on my credit card and she stated we credited your La tan acct. so you took my money and gave it back to La tan.. Ok so La Tan takes your money but when giving it back it goes back to La Tan.. does that make any sense. she never offered to credit 2nd month. they take your money and give it right back to themselves. It is not my fault system was down and there are new employees every time i go there, I love the ladies at my location but DANIELLE at corp ruined it with her lack of customer service and rudeness. I told her i wanted my card removed from the system and an email of proof of it and she flat out said NO. Now how the hell am i to know this was done. due to lack of ability to freeze it do i trust that they remove my credit card from their records. She never apologized, just kept talking over me. I have been with them for 6years and i was treated like i was none paying customer wanting something for free... while times are stuff right now and $90.. is a lot of money. I can not believe a company this big wouldn't at least work with someone that has been a good cust and why do they need my little $90.. i will reach out to BBB, Facebook, Their website and Yelp.. that little girl Danielle needs to go to customer service classes.
