While walking the Mall this week, we encountered a dog on a leash but the owner was letting the dog run around the mall dragging the leash behind. The dog and owner had been in Dilliards. The dog ran up to us, and we asked the owner to get a hold of the leash. After speaking with the Mall GM, Vince who referenced ADA, I realized we might need to find another place to walk. He said service animals didn't necessarily need to be identified as such. This particular dog was not marked as a service animal. read more

Quiet place but nice to walk around if you really want some peace and quiet. It's usually pretty calm there.

Never have I ever seen such a sorry looking mall. Where do I begin? Very few name brand stores at all. Mostly mom and pop shops with a ton of empty storefronts. How about the anchors, JCPenney, Dillard's and Sears? Wow. Empty shelves, disorganized sections, associates sitting in chairs on their cell phones. Has everyone given up on this "mall"? The carpet is old and stained. Even the furniture looks like it's out of the 70s. Lighting is very dim and when you put it all together, it's like you're walking into a Twilight Zone episode of a mall from another time. Having worked in several malls and shopped in far more around the country over the years, I can say that I've never seen a mall this sad before. read more

This place is sad! It only has like 10 stores, and only 5-6 are any good. It was a total waste of time coming in here. This mall has been dead for years now. They should close it's doors if they're not going to give this place any life. When I was a kid like 20yrs ago it was cool to come here. Those days have since passed!!!!! The mall is run down and outdated. We were in town for the weekend and had a rainy day, so we took the kids here to kill some time. The department stores that are in there (Penney's, Dillard's) were fine. There were several spaces that had shops in them that looked like Mom n pop retail shops that weren't even open when the mall was open. That was strange and disappointing. The mall has a few of your mall standards - Bath and Body Works, Hot Topic, FYE, and Spencer's - for example. The food options weren't good, but my husband got a funnel cake there so he was happy. If the stores that were occupied were open and this place got a little TLC, it wouldn't be too bad. read more

This mall has abosutley nothing inside.. you can literally stand in the middle and see all 4 exits.. The most exciting think about visiting this mall was when i was able to exit back to my vehicle.. I bet everyone in hot springs either wears the same thing of shops online because this is a joke Yall need to better.. Dead mall. Nothing really to see. Most stores are closed. Very outdated. Needs a complete overhaul!

Crappy mall!! One level only to many mom& pop shops that aren't even worth going into all the stores are very small poor variety needs a big upgrade two levels no more mom& pop shops poor excuse for a mall don't whent to even give this mall one star but it's the only way I can post this! read more

This place has been parodied on family guy I think- more closed down stores than open- restaurant/snack places that do not take credit/debit cards, and stores that only cater to small minority of younger people within this retirement community /demographic. The carpet/furnishings are overwhelmingly gross. Bleh. No gap, banana republic, or any other store worthy of malldom'. read more

I remember this mall when it was new...dating myself there! The landscaping looks nice but the parking lot behind the mall needs a complete redo. I guess it' s a sign of the times when there are so many vacant shops. A refreshing could help draw more businesses. read more

I like a small mall... Jc Penny's is being redone but had great back to school sales. Nice and neat inside- felt safe here.

Low light, CARPETED mall !! Good pizza, fantastic corn dogs , lovely candy store. Needs a drugstore. Smaller than how it appears on the outside it isn't like the Mall of America with rides, etc but it's a nice, quiet mall. read more

In my opinion...Hot Springs Mall leaves much to be desired...I have heard guests from out of town express disappointment because it is so limited. This is a tourist town but what do we have to offer tourist...that dont play the horses or engage in water sports...young people come here too. Come on Hot Springs. lol read more
