The only problem I had was once I left some part of my nails was not painted and it seemed they charged me for the length because the color is free and I got 2 little diamonds on my thumbs and middle finger. I will be going back to my original nail place to have them redone in 1 week. I like the shapes but I wouldn't go back because I'm very picky. Their services have been great, but they were also great with customers. But now they are too great. Meaning that, unfortunately, in this area that I used to live in, affluent community, they are catering to the "Karen's" that live here. The last THREE TIMES! The first time, I just went home and talked about it with my family. Second time again, another little joke with my daughter. This time and I have pictures when you are literally cleaning up the pedicure area before I can even barely get out of the chair and get my shoes on and gather my things because another "Karen" walked in that could not get in on the books on the computer so she just walked in instead and started making a ruckus to where my technician who was helping me who was her normal technician had to jump to via the boss and take care of this problem Client. Not only was I rushed out, but they didn't even finish my services. This was the second time that this has happened because of this kind of situation. The first time I felt sorry for my technician and now I just feel sorry for the entire business. I'm going to pass this along because unless you are part of the "Karen group" that walks in and demands attention and absolutely gets it by the workers who are intimidated by you because of your money. And if you're part of that group, we're good for you. You have your nail salon back. I can't believe this place has such bad reviews overall…read more I've been here twice in a pinch without looking at the reviews, and I feel like it was definitely a 4 or 4.5 star experience both times. The first time the woman was so fast it was amazing! I was in a hurry and she made my service work for me in the perfect amount of time (45 mins for a balance). My only complaint that time was that the mani wasn't quite as close to my cuticle line as I wanted it to be and it shortened the life of my mani by 4 or 5 days because it looked grown out more quickly. Otherwise, the polish that time looked good and I was pretty happy with my bright red nails. This time, I was with a different guy and had a different shape and I wasn't in a rush. I really liked the color-changing polish options they have. So fun! I went with a smokey violet that turns into sky blue option. I had a coffin shape that needed some correcting, and honestly it's more consistent and more to my liking now than any shaping I have had recently-- I'm picky so the overall shape is something I pay a lot of attention to and if it's not right it bothers me until it's fixed. The polish application isn't quite perfect-- there's a tiny bit of spill over here and there onto my cuticle edge. It's super minimal and probably only I would notice, but it's not perfect and spillover onto the cuticle eventually can cause lifting/chipping as the mani grows out. We'll see how it looks in a week or two, but so far so good. I have had a better experience here in the last few months than I have at any other place I have been to more than once, and all other places had better reviews. I will go back to this place without hesitation any time I am at Easton and have time. Most people have a hard time speaking up when they notice something off, and they are thus setting the nail tech up for failure. If you see something, say something!
