I had such a great experience with this nail spa! I called around 4:30 looking for a last minute appt after one of my nails broke and they booked me at 5:45 for a gel mani. Chan did my nails and her attention to detail can't be matched. She was the friendliest woman and has great conversation. My nails look great and she gave a wonderful hand massage. I loved that she repeatedly kept checking my nails to make sure they were even, smooth, and free of mistakes. I will 100% be back and this may even be my new go to nail place. read more

If I could I would give this place no stars because my roommate went to get her nails done her, not even a day later they start to chip (she got gel polish) they have chipped even worse since then. But I think the worst part is that she a infection in her middle finger from them using DIRTY NAIL TOOLS!!! Honestly the worst manicure I've ever had. They looked better before I came in. Nicked my cuticles multiple times. Asked for natural and they look just like the white plastic tips but somehow worse. Burned me with the nail sander. Said not to take anything off the length and she made them all shorter. Made them all each a different shape some wide and some skinny. Some tall and some short. I came in here less than two weeks ago to get acrylic nails white tipped less than two weeks the nails are falling off they're coming apart from the base to the tip of my natural nail so I came in to talk to Cinda. Staff was very nice but when I went they really OVERPRICED my nails. I paid 60 dollars for a full set when getting them done somewhere else the same exact way I got charge 20 dollars less. I got regular polish and all of that. I also went in with a friend and we got really similar nails but mine were half an inch longer and just because of that I got charged 10 dollars more. Actually ridiculous. If you are used to getting long acrylics please do not go here. read more

I got the "pedicure plus" and I paid extra for the hot stone massage and it was not at all worth it. It was maybe 5 minutes total and she kept stopping to go get other stones in the back. So it wasn't even five minutes consecutive. Plus I asked for one of the free drinks and she didn't even understand me. Then when she did do the massage she didn't even massage my feet. I was in about 2 weeks ago and got an acrylic, gel set. I have never gotten one before this. I was unsure what it was supposed to really look like when they were done. The color was messy and I was picking of some of the nail part that was on the underside of the nail for a week and a half. Now after under 2 weeks and watching the growth, the line that was at the cuticle, is jagged. I have been here once before for a gel mani and it looked good so I figured I would come again to get my first acrylics done and looking at those nails compared to my friends nails, it just didn't look right. I have to start out with the fact that I've been here numerous times, and the service is usually pretty good, especially with getting pedicures. However, I got a full set, and it was disappointing. There was a large amount of space between my nail and skin, much like I've had them on for over a week. My cuticles were not pushed back, the shape was lopsided, and there were only two coats of paint applied, even though it was still clearly not enough. For paying $60, I expected better. read more

This is the only place that I've found that will do gel paint all the way to your cuticles. I've tried lots of different places and when getting gel paint, they start it further away from the cuticle (so it looks like it's been growing out for a week or so). It's clean, the staff is friendly, and my nails always last much longer than they do if I go somewhere else. read more

I recently had gotten a new dip set, I had asked the lady how long the nails would last for, and she said 3- 3 and a half weeks. Well it hasn't even been a week and my nails are lifting and two already popped off. Not to mention the fact that I paid 55 dollars for these. i came here to get a relaxing pedicure, and that is the opposite of what i received. for starters, they were pretty rude to my friend and i, but later noticed that no one else in the spa got the same rude remarks that we received. as i was getting my nails done, there were countless times when the lady cut my skin while trying to cut my cuticles, which you aren't even supposed to do as it opens your skin for infections. when using the leg scrub, it felt as if she was using high grade sand paper on my legs. furthermore, whilst painting my nails she got it on my skin many many times, and then to clean it up she proceeded to use pure acetone on my skin, which leaves your skin and nails very dry. lastly, which is most important, she messed up 4/10 of my toe nails. my big toe *pictured below* is so obviously messed up that even Ray Charles would have noticed it. I am severely upset with how my nails turned out aswell as the overall outcome of my visit. if i could give negative stars, i promise you that's what you would have received from me. read more

I went in at 4:45 pm today to get a balance and polish change on my toes. My service was turned away because a 6:00 pm appointment had just called in. There were multiple techs there one of which was free. I was told they didn't have time to do my nails. They close at 8:00 pm and they also advertise "walk ins" are accepted. Very friendly staff and service was quick (gel removal, gel manicure in about 45 minutes). It's not the best gel manicure I've ever had, but it was very, very good. Tons of gel color options and the tech even did a third layer of color to make sure the very bright color I chose was even in appearance. Will return for sure. read more

I was not pleased with this manicure that I had at SC nails spa, 1167 N Hamilton Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230 . After 2 hours, already some part of the nail polish on my nails came off without doing anything. The massage was 20 seconds and there certainly was not anything special throughout the experience.
