Great pedicure experience. My friend and I went to get our toes done before vacation. We got the gel pedicure. We got a lovely foot pampering experience; from picking out our essential oils in the foot bath to picking out the color of our polish. I love the gel polish. I got my nails done at the beginning of March and almost a month later they still look great. I am not a fan of spending money on my nails because I usually ruin them before I even leave the salon with regular polish. The gel lasts and looks great. It is worth the extra money. Our nail technicians were super nice and talked to us throughout the experience. The salon is beautiful and doesn't really feel like you are in a shoe store. I will be getting pedicures more often now especially as sandal season approaches! read more

The newest location of the nail bar in columbus, located inside of DSW, just like polaris'. Its a much smaller space, but can still accommodate a good amount of people. Looked like they could physically seat 12 people for manicures and 5 for pedicures all at once. All of the staff was quite friendly. I saw Yanni for a manicure. She was precise and made sure I was happy with my end results. I did have to wait a while because she was running behind but I understand things happen. If you've never been to a W Nail Bar it's definitely worth checking out. One of my favorite nail places that I've visited in Columbus. They have a lot of nice touches added to their services. The epsom scrub they do is amazing! Smells like heaven. I've also received a pedicure from them before at the Polaris location that was really good! So excited to have a location closer to home. I loved my gel extensions manicure but I won't be back for a pedicure. The bench is extremely uncomfortable and hard to get in/out of. You have to step up a few steps to get to the bench and the water bowl did not feel sturdy. Not the best. Definitely did not love the outcome of my nails. They were bumpy and by far the thickest gel nails I've ever had. The person who did them put 3-4 coats of just color on each nail - two was definitely sufficient. From far away, the nails looked okay. Up close was another story. Definitely disappointing! I love everything about the W! I've been a client here between the Polaris and Easton locations for the past year. First of all they have medical grade sanitation of all tools and the place is very clean. The nail bar concept is fresh and inviting. They are open 7 days a week, which makes it easy to schedule appointments online. The nail techs are so creative. I called and made an appointment for my wife to come and have her nails and toenails done on Mother's Day as a part of celebrating her first Mother's Day. Needless to say her experience was awful. Of the manicure and pedicure that I scheduled only the manicure was done and it was done very poorly leaving the edges and cuticles of her fingernails cut and damaged (see pictures). This is beyond disappointing as we both have gone to this same nail bar previously. Based on my first experience I purchased a $100 gift card, but after the horrible experience that my wife just had on such an important day we have no intention of coming back. Been to both the Polaris and Easton locations. I love the convenience of being able to get a mani/pedi at one of my favorite shoe stores, right inside of DSW. I have had a variety of services and have not been disappointed. The pedicure set up is a little different than most. However I appreciate that instead of smelling chemicals, like acrylic, I am smelling essential oils and you get a choice of the type of oils you want to start you experience with. The nail tech assumed I had fungus on my toe and did not act professionally about explaining her reasoning. She made me feel very uncomfortable for the rest of the time. I was left in the middle of soaking and came back after 5 minutes, saying something about me having a fungus etc. Which I did not, it's a blood clot under nail bed. When I told her that I never had a pedicure refused before she was like "oh okay" and proceeded where she left off. I bump into furniture a lot and that could be a bruise, she just assumed that it was fungus and I had to ask her several times if she's refusing service to me without apparent reason or evidence. The whole expensive was awkward and made me very uncomfortable. The polish looked good - but I felt very weird leaving. read more

I had such a gorgeous experience yesterday evening. Firstly, aside from one random time, W nail bar is consistently fire. I've been going to their Short North & GV locations for years. This was my first time at the Easton location. The receptionist was very accommodating with moving my appointment up to a sooner time. She also made me green tea. My manicurist Molly was so efficient. I'm in love with my nails. She was also outright sweet, friendly, intelligent and pleasant to spend an hour with. I had the last appointment of the evening, so it was the skeleton crew at that point, however that other couple gals that were there were nice as well. Anyhow, I 100% recommend this place. I couldn't get an appoint last time I needed my nails done in a rush. I will show the job I got from another downtown nail salon vs what Molly did last night. You get what you pay for. I really like the natural products but when I went here they cut me multiple times. My cuticle cuts got infected and I had to go to doctor.

I got my nails done the first time a few weeks ago and loved them! But a few says later they begin to chip and I had to go back to get this fixed. I had made a follow up appointment to give them another shot and see- as I am on the way to my appt they call me and say they will not be able to do my nails. I get things happen but calling me as I'm on the way to my appt isn't ideal. They were not even sorry and when I told them of my last experience not being amazing the lady I spoke to acted like she could care less. Not worth my time and money- plenty of other places that do just as good of a job and treat me better. read more

I tried to give W another chance after my peeling gel mani by booking a mani/pedi before my vacation. Imagine my irritation and disgust when I was contacted about 40 minutes before my appointment start time to say that something had come up and they needed to move my appointment. They did offer 20% for my inconvenience, but really ... to adjust an appointment that close to the start time is absolutely ridiculous. I won't be back. My schedule is too tight, between work and motherhood, to be thrown for a loop like that at the last darn minute. They can keep the discount. read more

I was very excited when I heard that a W Nail Bar was opening at Easton. It's great to see that this salon has so many locations across town as it makes for very convenient booking. I popped in to get a mani and to see how everything was decorated (since all of the locations are decorated differently, but equally cute). As you can tell from my pictures, everything looks darling. While I normally schedule ahead of time, I was in the area and feeling whimsical, so I walked in instead of booking. They were able to take me right away. Shantale was my manicurist. She was super thorough and very professional. I was very pleased with how my nails turned out.(Sometimes this can be a struggle since I like my nails short and some people try to keep them long, despite the request).
