I love this nail spa. Beautiful, clean, very nice and friendly staff. Their prices are reasonable. The massaging leather chairs feel great on the neck and back. Tracy did our pedicures. She is awesome. She takes her time massaging your feet & legs. It felt so good. Trimming the nails & painting them. Very relaxing pedicure. She doesn't rush thru the pedicure like a lot of other nail spas do. This place is the best! read more

I came here to get my nails done like once or twice and all I can say is that my experiences have not been the best. I recently went in to get a dip manicure and they did not do what I asked for. The cuticle was not done good and they left polish on the back of my nail. I called in that same day to schedule a redo and when I came back in a couple of days later they were not welcoming at all. The manager of the place comes up to me and asks "you want French tip or the full nail" I tried explaining that I came in for a redo French tip but he cut me off saying "you want a French tip or color?" he didn't even give me the chance to explain why I came back for a redo. He started to redo my nails but he redid my nails but he did them with no dip when I originally paid for dip. The people here are pretty rude and on top of that both times I have been waiting around 30 minutes more than what my actual appointment was. I would honestly would not recommend. read more

If I could I would write a 0 .... This place was incredibly rude to me they have no manners or respect for they're customers ... I walked in two minutes late to my nail appointment yesterday 09-22-23 and the woman gave me an attitude was jerking my hand around asked why I was in so late what I was doing her name was (TAMMY) I believe I mentioned before I got my nails done I wanted to mix two colors and she said when I told her again that if " I want to do two colors so bad I should get up get it myself and grab it " I happened to walk over grab it she said "don't look at this side of the wall look at this stuff" to me I said ok then do whatever I said I wanted chrome white she gave me chrome pink!!! Then was rude and forced me to tip.... Then today 09-23-23 I came in for my toes I walked here I was 5 mins late due to that and I called and Viam Lo answered (owner) and told me I couldn't come which I was there so then I walked in he staired at me as if I did something wrong said what do you need I said what I was there for he said ok pick color would not let me pick it was being very rude to me wouldn't give me space then Tammy again I went to sit in chair she gave me dirty stairs and so did the other woman who worked there and said why you so late again what's wrong with you".. to me I said what ? She asked how I was like she didn't do anything wrong I felt very uncomfortable... then the two woman workers were very rude giving me stairs whole time and when I left Tammy and other women yells " HOPE TO NEVER SEE YOU BACK AGAIN HERE" and laughs with Tammy I walked out in tears bc It was hurtful and the most disrespectful thing I've ever dealt with ... Then viam Lo laughed didn't do anything about it then they all yelled horrible nasty things to me and her customer said "you don't say that to customers" then the woman's saus ohhhh I DONT YELL LIKE THIS AND SAY DONT COME BACK then another customer walked in while I was there and said she was 15 mins early and viam lo said ok what do you want and she said mani pedi and he said uhmmm she said do I leave or no he said just sit and kept giving her hand gestures it was just very UNPROFESSIONAL IN THERE DONT RECOMMEND I COULD SUE... Terribly rude to a returning, teenage customer. Teen came here to have nails done and the Steve belittled her. Teen came earlier in the day when the shop was busier and Steve asked her to return @7:15pm. Upon return at 7:15pm the belittling started. Teen ensured Steve understood that the current nail paint had not been done by Infinity, but he continued belittling, saying teen should have told manicurist the painting was not to style. That was not the point. This should have been treated like any other acrylic appointment with new color. Will not return. Please do not spend your money here when there are so many other small shops to support in this area. Steve is often short and has been over the years, but I never thought he'd be mean to a child. read more

The technician did not wear gloves, no hand sanitizer offered. The cuticle clippers had not been sterilized, just sprayed with an unknown solution. And, she took a personal phone call during my appointment which lasted about 5 min, and in another language. Polish was thick. Will not return. read more

Very disappointed. I had an appointment and one girl started my nails and then left to do a pedicure. She was rough and nasty.l and didn't smooth out my nails because she was in a hurry. The owner was too busy doing someone else so I sat for 15 min wasting my time. I will not go back and don't recommend this place. read more

The pedicure was well done but the lack of Covid safety precautions and safety was disturbing. One male employee didn't wear a mask the entire time I was in there and one customer didn't wear a mask at all. They do have a box of disposable masks available but didn't enforce the mask mandate at all. Will not be going back there. read more

I just went to Infinity today for a manicure and deluxe pedicure, this salon was previously BG Nails. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, its totally remodeled. A new girl, who obviously had experience worked on me. She was extremely pleasant, both manicure and pedicure were excellent, and I didnt feel rushed, it was so relaxing. Very disappointed. I had a scheduled appointment for a pedicureand everything was fine until she polished , put on thin flip flops and separators I could not walk in and rushed me off the chair because she had another customer. The polish smudged, she said she repaired but I see polish on my skin. The drying section upfront does not blow air. She didn't check me out nor ask my opinion, nor thank me. The owner checked me out and gave her the tip. Disappointed because I had good experience pre-pandemic shut down. It was a 1 coat sloppy rushed polish. Will look for another spa that pays attention to detail and doesn't rush you with wet polish on thin flip flops. read more

BG Nail salon is the best in town! I've been to several nail salons and none can compare to this one. Hidden in a Dublin plaza but totally worth going on a hunt for (hidden gem). This nail salon is absolutely fantastic. It used to be called BG nails but the new owner, Steve, along with his wife Tammy, have really made this a wonderful place. My nails always look perfect and I recently have started getting pedicures by Linda and she is absolutely the bomb. If you've gone to this place before and we're unhappy I think you should check it out now with the new owners. One thing I really like is I get and very quickly, I call and make an appointment and they do everything they can to get me in at my convenience. They are never rushed and take time with the customers. I will hopefully have this place to go to for a very long time. read more

I just moved here from CA and I needed a place to get manis and pedis. This was a stone's throw, I tired it. It is a family owned and ran business. The wife gave me a great pedicure! It took almost an hour, but that was she was so attentive and gave a great foot and lower leg massage too. It was a bit priceyer than a manicure- $17 for a manicure and $35 for the pedicure-but so worth it! I'll be back for more pedis and manicure! Oh and to my suprise, there's tax on services here! Not only was my technician not paying any attention to what she was doing (her head was literally turned 50% of the time feeling her way over my feet with the scrubber thing) because she was speaking to her co workers; it was the most expensive manicure/pedicure I've had in the city! I'm extremely picky about my nails. I read several positive reviews before trying Infinity Nail Spa last summer. It's now the only place I'll go. They do very good work and the salon is always clean. It's been great getting to know the owners, Steve and Tammy. Both are extremely friendly. There is a third nail tech who I've never been to but she is always very friendly to me. Steve has done a fantastic job working with my schedule to get my daughter and I in when we need balances or pedicures. Absolutely horrible experience. I usually have good service here but I haven't been in a year or so. The woman who did my pedicure was way more absorbed in her side conversation than her job. She repeatedly stabbed my foot. I left with salt scrub still on my leg, a cut cuticle that she continued to butcher, and a subpar paint job. I am a long-time customer of the salon - having worked with Ken, Jennifer and Derek. They were responsive and if I left a message for them, I always received a return call (schedule appointments). I have left 4 messages on their voicemail at various times and have never received a call back. The location is incredibly convenient for me but I won't be back. read more

I liked going to this salon as it is in my neighborhood and the staff is very friendly. It is hit and miss as far as quality but one thing is for sure-the owner's son always does a great job. Today I went in for a polish change and got gel polish. The owner did such a terrible job that I had to come home and soak it off right away! In the middle, he kept saying with gel you shouldn't do a polish change, but then didn't say we should start over or offer a solution since it was looking bad and then he charged me full price! Sad to say I won't be returning because I didn't like the way I was treated as a longtime customer. read more

I have been here sevral times, my first few times were great experiences, but it has definitely gone down hill from there. They have seemed to get lazy. My experience today was the worst of all. I had acrylic nails on, and went in to get them off, as well as a gel manicure. Many times I have seen how you correctly take acrylics off; however, in no way, shape or form did he follow those drills. The technitian began prying off the nails using another fake nail. To add to that he told me, "this may hurt a little". I am very unimpressed. It hurt like crazy. I even said to him, "Arent you supposed to do it this way" in hopes he would begin doing it correctly. He didn't, though, and told me "that way takes too long". Overall, I have had many good experiences here, but this one definitely reassured me that I will NEVER go back. Classy Nails is 10 minutes furthur from my house, and thousands of times better. I reccomend Classy Nails to anyone looking for a good manicure or pedicure; especially if you are getting acrylic nails off. read more
