The day after the event I get an email from the winner of the cooler asking if I got it from the "The Scratch & Dent Department". The handle was broken & a tag on the inside of the cooler was broken (so this couldn't have happened in shipping * they obviously knew this when they sold it to me). I emailed Swank and they refused to give me a refund or even offer to replace it because it was longer than 2 weeks and suggested I file a claim with UPS. I wouldn't buy anything from them if I were you.

The other employee helped me when she noticed I was being ignored . I felt as though she knew the other employee ignored me .She tried to be nice and helpful but she really did not represent the brand well because she was wearing a competitor's brand of clothing. I had money to spend but did not do so in this store. I went elsewhere to spend my five hundred dollars .This store gave me the creeps . When we needed another size, the associate quickly grabbed it from the back and guided us to the fitting rooms. High thread count bed sheet sets are always cheap here since it usually is missing it's pillow cases or is slightly irregular. All moot points because it's only the sheet that covers a mattress so what do I care? I've found awesome pictures and lamps for sitting rooms at great prices that were much better than Wayfair. I get all kinds of happy when I walk away with a great deal here.
