There is a $20 surcharge if there are any changes like different shoes, even if the item does not have to be FedExed. I wouldn't return here after our experience. Adding: after this review and one hour after putting on the suit, the button popped off!!! The suit also only came with 2 button covers for the shirt. Three buttons were visible when the jacket was buttoned so a third button cover should've been in the package. The covers were not used because it looked unfinished with only 2 covers. These details are something that experienced men's suit retailers and rentals businesses should be looking for.

So now I needed to make a return trip, very inconvenient. When I returned the 2nd time to try on my suit, the older man who assisted me had a real attitude. I asked if they stopped giving you the cheap suit hanger bag, he said they are now $3 if I want one. Mind you this is my 2nd trip and a big waste of my time. You would think they would just throw it in. Nope. Had to ask the guy to just put a plastic bag on it before I took it out of the store. He was very condescending. I was looking for some nice chocolate and snacks and to see the Clinique counter specials at Macy's. I'm very happy to see Santa. There was only one child in line to see Santa.. I guess there are some Santa traditions that I've just changed so much but for me I'm happy to see it while I'm still kicking. We all got photos. Service was pretty magnificent. There was lots of staff throughout the mall. There were some half off specials too, which were wonderful. I'm a big fan of this historical mall.!!

Decent selection but I took the family here when we visited Sesame Place. It's close by but walking through it felt very empty and the biggest complaint was that it is not well maintained. There were so many trash cans and buckets collecting water from all the leaks in the roof. A lot of the walking paths are blocked by these containers. I have 2 kids and we visited the little arcade there which seems to be outdated. The mall seems to just be waiting to be closed. Overall experience here wasn't the greatest. Not worth driving out of your way to visit this place.

The interior of the mall is largely dead, with one stand left in the food court, and portions of the seating being roped off. Part of the interior was sealed off leading to the AMC, but this has since been reopened after complaints. What's left here? Largely the anchors including the AMC, Boscov's, and the Barns & Noble. A handful of other stores remain, but these are far and few between. Essentially, you don't need to waste your time coming here unless you have very specific needs. With several redevelopment proposals made/stalled out/cancelled depending on what you read, Neshaminy Mall could be closed tomorrow or still open years from now.

He told me I was frantic and needed to calm down - I was totally confused as were my kids because we were trying to pay for our rental prior to leaving and were def asking questions while they were ringing us up. I told him I was not frantic and also proceeded to ask if I was annoying him at which point he replied yes - I apologized for annoying him and said I was just trying to get my suits and he said thanks for apologizing which totally shocked me as to how he would dare say that when I never were rude or frantic until he came at me. He then said he wouldn't sell me a suit and wouldn't give me a name although the employer acknowledged he was the store manager. This store is horrible. Don't go there and so was the staff. The neighborhood is gorgeous and there are hundreds of great nearby stores even though many others have closed due to COVID. Traffic is usually decent except during rush hour.
