When I purchased it nothing was said about "last act" the rack they were on didn't say sales are final. It's not about the amount of the item, it's about retailers secretly screwing the public. The shoes were in a bag. The box was taped up. The label with my information was attached outside the shoebox and bag it was placed in. I left the store. Went to my vehicle. I wanted to wear my shoes so I could workout at the nearby Planet Fitness. I cut opened the bag. I opened the box... The ANTI-THEFT SENSOR WAS STILL ATTACHED TO THE SHOES...! What??? So what was I supposed to do if I had not checked the merchandise before I left ? Who would not take the sensor off the merchandise before bagging and taping a label on it ? I RETURNED the shoes. The poor lady with no voice kept apologizing. I asked her to stop. It wasn't her fault. I just don't want a customer getting really mad and the store not understanding why a customer is getting upset over this. To the person who actually prepared my order.... "You forgot the fries...!" I know his size so I went to DXL and was able to purchase him a small wardrobe update for his Father's funeral. The store was clean and neat, surprisingly, there were 2 associates on staff. Usually at these stores you never see more than one person, so 2 was a nice change of pace. I asked for assistance, and was helped by a friendly male associate. He helped me get a Polo, a pair of jeans, a pair of dress pants, a belt, a tie and a sweater, in no time. I was in and out within a half hour.

They went around the store for 15 minutes yelling that everyone needed to get their stuff, pay and leave. If this is the type of way FYE management and corporate seek to do business, then they've lost a longtime customer permanently.
