My husband and his groomsmen rented tuxes from here for our wedding on Saturday and we had a horrible experience. One of the groomsmen had dealt with MW in the past and went early to pick up his tux and his pants were so big it was ridiculous. So my Mother-in-law went to check and all of the pants were the same. We had to order new ones. Then, come wedding day, several of the vests had missing buttons, jackets were wrong, and the buttons that weren't missing were about to fall off. They told us we would get a group discount, but we had to go in once again for them to honor it. After trying 3 different places for a big and tall suit for my husband with little if any selection and less than helpful employees, we decided to come here. Though they are on the pricey side, the employees were very helpful. We found a suit, shirt, and tie super quick. I wish we would have just come here in the first place. i think the ratings are low because people tend to gripe more than leave a pleasant review, so here's my experience. I walked in, was one customer behind a person already being helped. There was a a short wait between when I walked in and when I was helped. When I was helped, the worker was very attentive, informative, and overall seemed like he was happy to be there. He took my measurements really quickly and helped me find exactly what I needed in no time. The fit was correct the first time. He stuck with me from start to checkout and helped me even match socks for my suit. This why some of the customer service people are snarking about on here takes awhile, because they are trying to achieve total satisfaction with every customer. If it's busy when you show up, you may want to consider coming back, because the wait can take a little while, but overall it's worth it. read more

I was just in this store. As a practice, I don't wear a mask. My family and I had Covid back in March and it's not a concern for me, but, I will wear a mask if someone asks me to, I keep it in my pocket. Upon entering the store I was greeted by a young man, very polite who began his salesmanship. After speaking with him a few moments another man, I presume the manager, approached me and asked, "do you have a mask on?" He had an attitude, he was already upset and seemed intent on letting me know it. I responded by telling him what I thought was obvious, "no, but I- -" I was cut off by him before I could tell him I'm happy to wear one, provided I'm spoken to with respect. At that point i didn't want to give MW my business and left. I didn't leave because of any masking issues, I left because a manager was very rude and apparently comfortable mentoring his staff in that manner. After bringing the shirt back in because of their mistake, I was made to wait in the line with people who's ere getting fitted for rentals, after I did that 2 months ago.... Only 3 people working here and it's pitiful, everyone is sad when they come, so don't come here. Use The Balck Tux. Absolutely DISGUSTED at the behavior of the associated that handled me and my grandfather yesterday Menswear House in Florence Kentucky. The associate started our fitting off by throwing his hands in the air because he didn't want to deal with us, "they have an appointment at 12" (then why did you start our fitting?) He then rolled his eyes, huffed, and rushed though the entire fitting. Threw his hands up over his head and walked away from me. He chuckled at my grandfathers disabilities, (arched back and dis-configured hands that got stuck in the jacket sleeve.) He moved quickly and didn't keep a pace my 80 year old grandfather could keep up with, Causing confusion for my grandfather. He only showed up shots out of my budget. He showed his frustrations by huffing and mumbling and getting short with his statements and rolling his eyes because he had to repeat himself several times (my grandfather doesn't hear well out of the one ear he has since he lost his other one due to skin cancer) I'm completely mortified. After over 2 hours (1 on hold) with the 1800 number they only offered to "honor the price at the original store" she found the suit in another store I COULD HAVE DONE THAT! This is the suit my grandfather will wear for my wedding, but also unfortunately at this time in his life be the last one he wears/buys. I'm shocked they treat their costumers this way. The guy refused to put his measurements into to computer under my account so I could look online/in another store for a suit for him within budget "I'm to busy of a store to accommodate this right now!" Absolutely disgusting. If this is how this company prides themselves on treating their customers then i rather he wear a sweatshirt than anything that is associated with this disgusting, Establishment. I wanted my grandfather to have that experience of getting a suit, having his measurements taken, and enjoy the process but because the employee displayed disgusting behavior after behavior my grandfather was robbed of this experience. If I was able to give zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Lady that was helping my son 13 for his first formal dance had a major attitude. Chalked up some of us have bad days. But after purchasing a shirt realized she gave us a slim fit not the classic he tried on. So had my wife exchange and she came back saying how rude a lady was to her. I didn't give her any back ground of our experience two days earlier. Why would anyone want to shop where people are rude and no helpful? Prices are not that great unless it's on clearance that is super limited to pretty much what everyone else doesn't want or very odd sizes like pant sized 40 30. The good: I went here twice to get clothes for a wedding party, and everyone in the party eventually got what they ordered. All employees were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Employees informed us of ongoing deals and sales. The bad: First, checkout took way too long. To check out one person it took over 5 minutes, meaning that a party of 5 took about 30 minutes just to pay for our items. Something is fundamentally screwed up with Men's Warehouse's POS system. Second, they screwed up almost everything in our order - so many things that I have to list them. 1) Order for clothing was placed at a different location, and they couldn't retrieve the original order at this location. The party needed to go through piece-by-piece what they had originally picked out. 2) 2/5 pairs of pants needed to be tailored twice. Inconvenient since its a 30 minute drive for some members of the party. (One member of the party had to visit the location a total of 4 times just to get all their pieces) 3) 2/5 vests ordered were the wrong size (discovered on wedding day, which was nice) 4) 1/5 vests ordered were the wrong color (discovered on wedding day, which was nice) 5) 1/5 pants did not have buttons for suspenders sowed into them 6) 1/5 pants had a broken main button (broke on first use) 7) 1/5 ties were not included in order and, you guessed it, required a separate trip to pick up read more

The top guys & gals need to update their policy and give customers more than 48 hours to try on their orders. We had several sizing issues for my brother's destination wedding and due to time constraints many of the bridal party had to wear suits that were fitted incorrectly. Most weren't severe but three of the orders were. I want to shout out the assistant manager at the Florence Ky. location, he was very friendly and made sure he took care of the mistakes that were made out of his control, thank you for putting the customer first! read more

This store has gone down hill. For years I've been coming to this store for all of my dress clothes for work, weddings, and funerals and I buy every time rather than rent. Easily spent over 10k here. It used to be great but it has all changed. The manager, an older gentleman, speaks to the other employees with total disrespect and carriers that same demeanor to customers. They have almost nothing in stock. So a lot of the time you end up having to order things to the store which I'm fine with as I live nearby. There have been many mess ups with my clothes here but I'm a forgiving person so I've let most of them slide. Over a month ago I went in and bought a few ties and saw a set of shoes I liked. They didn't have them in stock so I paid and ordered a set. The complete wrong shoe came in about a week later. So the staff and I got on their computer and we found the shoes and they ordered them. A week later the complete wrong shoes come in again. This time not the same color, material, or brand. So they order them for the third time. Well, this time they're the right model at least. But, instead of them giving me the fresh set that came in, they swap out one of them for the old display shoe that is faded beyond recognition and scratched up. The shoes are supposed to be blue. I received one that is indeed blue, but the other is grey because of how long it's been on display. It's incredibly frustrating that after a month and 2 wrong orders they decided to open the fresh set that I paid for, and switch one out for the old faded display shoe instead of giving me what I rightfully paid for and waited for. Really speaks to their morals. They don't value their loyal customers. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else. read more

Terrible experience here. So I walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee. Since no one is in the store and they're a commission based company of course he comes up to me and tries to start selling. Well, I explained to him that I was looking for a suit to wear to my trip to the Bahamas, preferably a linen suit or just a lighter, breathable fabric. He brings me to the other side of the store and says theres only one linen jacket in my size. It was UGLY, the color was off, the fit was off then he goes "well thats our only option" and doesn't even attempt to help me any further when I start discussing going somewhere else. He was very rude in the way he was talking to us and the body language he gave us. It just made me uncomfortable and feel not welcomed in the store. As an attempt to redeem himself he walked across the store and picked out one of the most expensive coats in the store and wants me to try it on, but the size isn't right and the color was the same ugly color of the first one. "Well we don't have a medium, but the large looks good on you" Really? The large was completely swamping me. I mean this guy never even double checked my measurements to see if I had changed since last buying a suit and everything that I tried on OBVIOUSLY didn't fit me and the employee is okay selling that to me? Something that doesnt fit right and makes me look like i'm wearing a burlap sack? No thank you. What a joke of a place. I also went here to attempt to get some wedding stuff, but I left that day too due to POOR customer service. Take your business to Jos A Bank like I did. My fiancé and I had an appointment today for the grooms and grooms men's suits and when we arrived they informed us we came a day earlier, the employee who we were speaking too was rude and unprofessional making us feel like idiots for being wrong about the appointment date when we both were certain about the date because we were reluctant to do it on our child's birthday. Nonetheless we went to the appointment only to be belittled and yelled at by an unprofessional employee who didn't even try to make us feel better about the situation, we lost time with our child on his birthday and for that you've lost our business. read more

We went to Mens Wearhouse for the men's attire for my daughters wedding. It was one of the more stressful activities that led up to the wedding. Measurements were wrong- not just a little wrong. I'm talking pants that were several inches too short. These pants were let out to the current length, then when I got them home, I noticed they were badly stained from where the previous hem was. These had to be reordered. Then the grooms' pants that were so tight that pockets completely gaped in the front. They said there was nothing they could do about this, until I adamantly advised there WAS something they could and would do. Finally after 30 minutes or so, they suddenly remembered they had 'slim fit' pants that may rectify the problem. So we had to reorder these. Then there were the shirts. Several shirts ordered in the completely wrong neck and sleeve sizes. Another pair of pants were several inches too short. When my husband was being measured, he politely told the young man that his measurements were no where near accurate, but he insisted. My advise to Men's Wearhouse, keep each item in stock in each size and have people try them on at day of fitting. This will prevent much extra work and time on your part. My advise to brides, do not let your guys go to Men's Wearhouse. Believe me, you DO NOT need the extra stress the last few days before your wedding. I will say that Kelly- one of the employees there, did go out of her way to get things correct in time for the wedding. Thank you Kelly. The rest of the employees need to b e retrained. read more
