The Hot Topic at this location probably has the most incompetent staff out of all the Hot Topics. Not only could the sales person on the phone not repeat the item I was looking for accurately after multiple attempts to tell her what it was, but then she didn't transfer me to another associate when asked. Only after asking repeatedly did she say she was going to get me to her manager. Surprise surprise...she hung up on me instead! Who else do I complain to about the stupidity that exists that this location! read more

Interesting place to browse. Not enough Star Wars Grogu items to please me, but that's my preference compared to the other topics that I guess are hotter than Sir Grogu. There wasn't enough merch that interested me, but I am middle-aged. Definitely geared toward younger generations. read more

Gen Z employees on POINT on 2/6! Called to ask for a very specific product, thinking I would annoy whoever answered the phone. Not only was the gentleman on the other line friendly... But he knew exactly what I was talking about and made sure to tell me that accessories were buy one get one half off! Ha ha. If I was the manager, I would be very impressed. Came in five minutes before closing the same night and thought I may annoy an employee again... But not only was he friendly... He went above and beyond with my transaction. Making sure I signed up in their system so I could get the 10% discount! read more

This store is jam packed with everything Dr. Who, Star Wars and Walking Dead. They have a wide assortment of Vinylmation blind boxes and Shopkins. I find Hot Topic an eclectic mix of toys for me and toys for my 5 year old. Luckily for me they're right across the street from my work which has made it easy to pick up White Elephant, Christmas and Hannukah gifts without going very far. Every so often they hold a bag sale that you buy a reusable shopping bag and get 30% off everything in the bag. This helps if Funko Pops are already buy one get one half off. Utilize the bag, it'll save you a lot of money. read more

I usually try to run into hot topic then run out because the workers here are often judgmental that I'm larger than a size 8, but today we met Ceara and she was just a bundle of positive energy. As soon as we walked into the door she greeted us and actually came up to us and asked us what we were looking for. The whole time we were in there we talked as if we were long time friends and she was just fantastic at having answers for any questions we had (even though she's only been working there for a month!) Over all she's made my perception of Hot Topic more of a positive one and my whole day was brightened. read more

The cleanest and friendliest Hot Topic I've shopped at. Their hot mess sale is going on, and while other stores are completely trashed this one is not, which makes it easy to shop and walk around. The staff is always so nice when I visit and their selection of items is large, despite how small the actual store is. My favorite Hot Topic in the valley! read more

I called the store to see if they had a certain shirt in stock. I even had the item number ready and what size I was looking for. A female answered (with no name, usually they give the name when they answer) and sounded extremely bored. I told her I was looking for a shirt, and that I had the SKU number (the item number) and what size. She said "The what?" I got a bit frustrated and repeated myself, then asking if she was ready for it. She says yes and I give the number. She had to repeat two of the numbers, which I get if it's noisy in the store. She then says "Yeah it looks like we have one." I say "Great, could you put it on hold?" She sighs and goes "Um yeah, I don't know where it would be but it says we have one." Frustrated again, I ask "So can you put me on hold while you look for it? I can wait." A sigh comes again, along with "Yeah. I'll just call you back once I find it" and she hangs up. She called back not even five minutes later (I could've sat on hold during that time) and says she has it. I put it on hold and ask for her name. She gives it to me: Angelique. Not very helpful, very rude, and didn't seem to know how customer service works. read more

There's so many Hot Topics across the Valley, but the exceptional service I received at this specific branch warrants a good review. My boyfriend and I came here during Black Friday weekend, we had been searching for a Kingdom Hearts funko pop and a Stranger Things Monopoly game. Some stores have employees that, after working a hectic Black Friday shift/weekend, are just drained towards the end of the night and lack the enthusiasm to help their customers out, but this store had a specific staff member who went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted. Even though we had a lot of questions, she remained patient with us, went to to the back of the store to look for our products, and she called other branches of Hot Topics to find what we wanted. I don't remember her name, but she was great and worked to get us the best deal possible. When I go back, I hope she's there to help me again. read more

I hope this is the location for the Hot Topic North Premium Outlets. My husband and I were greeted by Nicole who was very friendly. She saw us looking at Sailor moon items for our daughter and came over to let us know all the new items that came in. She made us feel welcome.
