NEVER ASSUME you will be treated fairly -- our costly mistake. --- Schaad's charged $23.71 for each of the FOUR spark plugs that could be baught at auto store for less than $10. Total for four = $94.84 Then they charged $125.00 to put the four spark plugs in. ----- Cost of the Tow was $65 ----- They broke the gas latch in the process of all of this. They ordered the part, we brought the car back and they fix it for free. They were very friendly and I was hoping to use them in the future for other vehicles. Instead, I've told my six sisters, their husbands and my two brothers about the $23.71 spark plugs. There are 18 nephew and nieces + spouses over the age of 25 that live in the area also. That is just my side of the family. We make it a point to share our experiences good or bad. Places to go to and use and those places to avoid and tell others to avoid. I don't mind anyone making money/a living. I even pay a bit extra for family owned and local businesses.
