A busy person like myself is attracted to this feature, because it is convenient, and seems an easy alternative to making phone calls etc. That being said, partshotlines.com is an incredible source for locating parts, without a doubt. The problem is, great, and helpful dealers, like Liberty Wholesale, aren't always aware that you have made a transaction, or ordered from them through partshotlines.com. I have to say, I wish I would have just called and spoken directly to Liberty from the start. Liberty Wholesale went above and beyond to initiate refund processes, and correct order problems they did not even know existed. On top of the refunds, They got me my part, plus another I was looking for, at a better price! All with a friendly, patient demeanor, and helpful service. I believe the rep I dealt with was Zak, I hope that's correct. He got my info, dealt with my concerns, and called me with solutions. I have to say, I commend Liberty for trying to be an online solution, through partshotline.com, especially in this competitive market. I encourage anyone using this service, if able, to call Liberty direct. They will help. Liberty is friendly, helpful, extremely competitive, if not better in price, Partshotline, is a great source for finding parts, just call the retailer direct, there seems to be some issues using the buy now links. I hope this helps people, I'm so glad I called Liberty to clear things up, They seem to be above par for customer service. Also I'm glad I used partshotlines.com, because I found liberty through them. I hope partshotlines.com gets their buy now links straightened out, as deserving suppliers like Liberty wholesale can benefit, but until then, I hope it doesn't hurt helpful businesses like them, as they had no idea I was having issues, until I called them directly. Today I took my 26" rim in to have a new tire mounted to only leave once again completely disgusted, feeling violated, and angry as hell after the unprofessional comments of their so called sales manager frank. They had a 65yr old man changing the tire who put the rim on the machine face down and was moving it around and turning the table and completely destroyed the face of my rim. The older gentleman told frank how it happened and franks response to me was " I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU" , this coming after I even went in and questioned him about trying to mount the rim face down on the machine and he assured me " THEY DO IT ALL THE TIME, ITS FINE! HE OWNED HIS OWN TIRE SHOP IN FLORIDA FOR YEARS, HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING!" Clearly my concerns were validated as they did in fact destroy my rim by doing exactly what I questioned frank about and tried to get him to prevent from happening. After confronting frank with the damage to the rim and him telling me I don't know what to tell you and we've never had this happen before he then continued to push me off by saying hed call management and get back to me later, of course as of now i havent heard from him. Next step is calling Detroit to talk to owners myself and if no progress is made there I'll be obligated to file civil litigation in court due to their negligence. PREVIOUS NEGATIVE REVIEW: If I could leave zero stars I would. Almost $3000 for rims and tires put them on and truck shakes and vibrates. Find a bubble on the sidewall of one of tires and he tells me there's no warranty all I can do is buy a new tire. To save argument I agree to pay dealer cost, at $111 and he ordered me a new tire for the following Saturday, today. Show up and this guy sold my tire to another customer and informs me after I drove a hour to get the tire, then proceeds to try and put a used tire on brand new rims and tires I just bought. HALFWAY CROOKS, ran with a handful of ignorance. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, there is way better options than these con artist. 8
