My home is in East Garrison/Marina Ever since I had moved in 2 years ago I had hated the 3-prong lights that the builders installed in the kitchen, and then two went out. I had two different electricians come and neither could get the burned ones out. I asked for an estimate to convert to LED lights and although they said it could be done, they had never done it and gave me a high estimate and told me it would take all day as they would have to go into the attic - they didn't know what they were doing. A few days ago I had a issue with my 30 amp breakers that control my dryer and I plug an EV into. So I checked around on Yelp and found Issac (Hot Wire Electric). And from the start he was very responsive and answered any questions I had. And although I thought I didn't need his service and cancelled after contacting him because I flipped the breaker switch back and it worked temporarily for a day. So I had to reschedule an appointment with him which he was still responsive and willing to fit me in his schedule. We made an appointment for 10:30am and he communicated with me up to the hour before he was to arrive on the day and was there at the time he said ( much appreciated). Issac was very professional and easy to talk to. He knew his craft and explained to me his observations as he checked the breakers and wires. After troubleshooting the problem he made a quick drive to Home Depot to buy the right breaker and returned within a few minutes to make the repair.
