I've loved the teachers, classes and community here. I've made many friends at the studio, it's fun going to class.

I have been attending classes for over a year, teachers are knowledgeable and helpful as work to gain flexibility and stamina. It is a process, first couple months you learn how to breathe and get comfortable with the heat. As you gain confidence you begin to focus on the postures. I feel much better after each class and as well as my golf game has improved with the added flexibility. It has been great for me and my wife. read more

HYCC is a superb studio with highly trained, motivated, caring, teachers. I have been practicing there for over 15 years. Christian Kline, the owner, has maintained the highest integrity of the 26+2 (aka Bikram) yoga, and offers hot pilates and yin yoga as well with equally trained teachers. Great community and teachers. The group of "regulars" are always welcoming and encouraging - a great vibe. Teachers encourage, not push, and make corrections only to improve your experience. This is a clean, well-run studio with one of the top US hot yoga (26/2) instructors--although they're all seasoned and excellent. They also offer very relaxing yin classes and fun, kick-butt Pilates. You had me at hot yoga... This studio is small but mighty, packing in Bikrahm, hot Pilates, and Yin with instructors that rival those I've taken in NYC and LA. Upon traveling back and forth from Florida to Cape Cod this summer, I was looking for a yoga studio that offered Bikram yoga classes. I was so fortunate to stumble upon Hot Yoga Cape Cod. The studio is super clean, modern and offers locker rooms, showers, and a selection of cute yoga clothes and equipment. Did two drop in classes (26&2, fka Bikram) while visiting Cape Cod. Great, very friendly little studio with a lot of local regulars. They have a soft rubber floor they mop after every class (saw them in action!), two walls of mirrors which is nice for standing series, and solid heat/humidity. The women's dressing room does have one shower. I'll be back next time I'm in town! read more

If you are looking for classic Bikram Yoga this is the place for you. Great well trained teachers and a clean inviting friendly environment allowed the student to settle in to their own practice. I addition to classic Bikram the studio also offers Inferno Hot Pilates and Yin Yoga. The strong welcoming community is defiantly a plus. read more

We were travelling and took (4) Bikram yoga classes in this studio: 1) Positive: Everyone we met in this studio had "good vibes". 2) Negative: The student is not given enough time to acclimate to the heat especially in the last class of the day. The official class times at the end-of-the-day is : Start 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm Start 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm 3) Negative: Prior to class, in the hot room while awaiting for class to start, talking aloud among yogis/yoginis is not prohibited at all. 4) Negative: At one class we attended taught by Meg, the studio owner of Bikram Cape Cod, Meg rushed the class to finish all 26 postures in 75 minutes instead of the standard 90 minutes. During this class I could not help but comment to her : "This is so fast." and she replied to the effect of "Yeah, it is fast" and she did not slow down at all. Everyone after class, in the dressing room seemed to accept this shortened class as nothing out of the ordinary. Although I said that "Everyone we met in this studio had good vibes", I do wonder, based on our experience in this class, if Meg really cares for the progress and well-being of each individual student. 5) Neutral : No indoor shower at all; just an outdoor one. Is this a usual thing in the northeast (?). At $20/class standard fee this studio charges, one would think the facilities would be better. fyi: we paid $50/week for Traveler's special. 6) Positive: Kate, another instructor who we had for two classes cared to correct individual students and supplement the standard dialogue. She did not rush the classes at all. read more

The facility is so beautiful and inviting. A really nice community of people attend. It's a great place to practice Bikram yoga.

I attended this studio as an out-of-town guest for 10 days, and was lucky to get a special rate. The new owner of the studio, along with all of the instructors, is/are extremely attentive and friendly to their students. The studio is super clean and doesn't smell like a jock strap like some other hot yoga studios. Developed to be practiced as a life-long discipline, Bikram Yoga has helped me recover from breaking my spine when nothing else seemed to work. It turns out I'm not alone - most people have some type of issue going on with their body - and the heated room/practice help to put extra space between your joints, tendons, and ligaments. So if you are looking for laid back easy yoga than this probably isn't for you, as putting your body back into alignment requires a consistent dedicated effort. Lastly, the studio just started offering Inferno Hot Pilates, which was developed to complement the Bikram practice. read more
