Can't speak highly enough of this studio and its staff! Even from the initial phone call they were so informative and supportive. I booked a class for my boyfriend to join me and they even called him that evening to make sure he didn't have questions etc. Above and beyond. Upon arriving to the studio we were met by a warm, welcoming, smiling staff who made us feel at ease and settled. The studio is clean and beautiful and we particularly loved the low lighting, the warm room and the amazing playlist. Above all else was the incredible instructor, Pam- she has amazing energy, wonderful teaching skills, and clearly loves what she does. We left her class acknowledging that it felt very meditative and deep and we felt so at peace. Her restorative class would be wonderful for any age or any level of yoga practice. I can't wait to return to her class and to try other classes at YogaSix as well. What a find! read more

I'm old and broken and still working to recover from an accident I had almost 2 years ago. I'm on my way back, though, and YogaSix Kingston is a big reason why. Not only are the amazing instructors at Y6 skilled in yoga practice, they are incredibly encouraging, compassionate, and motivating. In class, we are constantly reminded that we are in charge of our bodies and that their guidance provides only suggestions. They are always offering alternatives for any pose, offering suggestions for how to best use the yoga props, and reminding us that a little discomfort is ok - but never ever push yourself to the point of pain. They are gentle and soothing in their delivery. I've been going about 5 times a week for about 2 months. I am somewhat addicted to the restorative classes - they are a gift to myself. I rarely miss a day - psychologically and spiritually, I'm drawn to going. It's an important part of my self care routine. And my body is responding. I'm making my way back and Y6 is a big reason why. No matter your flexibility, no matter where your body is now - Y6 will be there for you. I have only attended the Kingston location and this location is really good. The classes are motivating and I feel comfortable going at my own pace. The schedule is good for me. I attended one class on a weekend and it was too crowded for my personal comfort. I prefer weekday classes - I have more space and I find these more relaxing. facilities are clean and they have chilled lavender clothes to refresh with - a nice touch! read more

I've been to three different YogaSix studios across the country. I enjoy their programs, staff and studios them so much that I join local studios even when I'm traveling. At the Kingston location, I took a power class with Mikaela. She was considerate in her instructions, so even those of us who had never tried her class before were comfortable understanding what to do and how to make the most of the poses and stretches. She had an empowering play list going that helped you get lost in the moment. Great studio, great classes. I highly recommend. read more

Great studio! Always very clean and employees are nice. I come here about once a year when visiting in laws and it's great to have a solid studio like this available when we're traveling. I had my first class this morning with Danielle at 9:30 & I think Im obsessed! Its been over a year since Ive done hot yoga & this class was the best one Ive been too. The temperature was perfect for me. It was hot but not stifling. I got a good sweat on but I didn't leave looking like I just showered which is what I was looking for. Im not into it if Im pouring sweat all over the place, it becomes distracting for me. They also have chilled towels for after class which Ive never seen before but loved. The music mix was awesome & flow was perfect. Danielle is laid back & fun. I loved this class today & will definitely be back. I got a membership today, cant wait for next Sunday read more

Yoga is my happy place! All of the staff and instructors at Yoga6 are amazing and there are classes for everyone from beginner to advanced. Y6 is an awesome studio. The studio itself is gorgeous, very clean, and has a wonderful, positive energy. All of the yoga teachers are amazing. The classes I've taken with Amy, Kari, Erinn, and Pam are led well with clear direction and room for modifications. They encourage you to listen to your body, focus on your own practice, and give yourself grace while on the mat. The owner, Bonnie, GM April, and all of the staff at the front are welcoming, friendly, and engaging. It's evident that everyone at this studio is passionate about what they're doing and want to make sure all of the students have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. The store is super cute too. I couldn't recommend this studio more!! read more
