Very friendly and willing to help out if you need a spotter or have a question. Gym is kept really clean. Men's locker room is always clean and nice lockers to store your stuff in while you work out. WiFi has always been reliable for streaming music while I work out. Love the 24/7 access.

I attend CorePower yoga in Boston, and wasn't expecting to be able to get anything like than on the Cape. However, this studio is a hidden gem! The classes are a great length, heated slightly and very on par with what I look for in a Boston yoga class. That being said, I probably wouldn't have given this place 5 stars in Boston, but for the Cape it is definitely going to be my new yoga spot. The instructors really seem to know what they are doing, and the class was challenging, but could accommodate all levels.

She learned most of the other regulars' names; most of the older ladies', however. Customer service is NOT this gym's strong suit. The owner is downright brusque to most people once they're signed up. I never felt like I "belonged," and I went at least once a week if not a few times per week. While the decor is attractive and the facilities seem clean, I'd caution potential "members" to think twice, or you might end up on the other end of the year, wondering why you just spent $700 or so to feel like the uncool kid in middle school.

You can't guide them if they're doing something that could hurt them because these women know it all and want to do it their way. But the trainers here know how to keep them safe! (despite their hardest intentions to kill themselves, because some of them really wanna show that they are fit! really!)
