However this was the first time my man and I have ever checked into a hotel and lasted less than 3 hours before determining it would be better to drive an hour back to our home after a concert than stay here. Upon arriving we noticed an unpleasant smell... and were like hmm maybe it was just in the hobby and halls... I will say it was better in the room but still a weird smell. Then we tried to check out the pool. It was visibly really dirty and the spa was literally yellow water so that was a no go. I had put my foot in the water of the pool so I felt like I needed to shower. The water pressure was sooo bad. Then no more than 15 minutes later the power went out for at least 10 minutes, flicked back on, then went back off. At this point it felt like a sign to leave so we checked out. I really don't expect the hotel to remedy this situation I just chalked it up to a $192 loss. If there are other options, I'd prioritize staying at one of them. I will say the room itself appeared clean. So if that's the bar, you're good to go.

Well stocked with plenty of towels, coffee pods, cups, toiletries, tissues. Water pressure in the shower was mid. Breakfast had a decent variety but the chaffing dish cuisine did not taste great (salty reconstituted scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, diced processed ham.) The breakfast team was very hard working at cleaning and replenishing the eatery. I really liked the automated pancake maker, bean burritos, hard boiled eggs and the carb station. Lobby has a 24-hr access self serve coffee/tea counter. The decor for Halloween was super cute so I had to take pictures of some of their things. Service at the desk was so amazing and efficient. We would like to sing our praises to Bella for finding us a room at the last minute! We were very impressed with her attitude and friendliness.

I normally book our hotel stays on booking.com or hotels.com because they offer way better deals and you earn points each time you book with them! I booked us a 2 night stay with double queen bedroom. I normally book us two beds because usually the rooms that have two beds are bigger. In total our stay was $250 for two nights which is a steal! Deposit was only like $70 and they will refund you back the money once you have checked out, got my money back instantly like the next day! All really depends on what bank you have tbh. Walking in our room the room smelled really clean, I check the room to see if everything is clean and everything checked out good! We never sleep in the covers EVER! We always bring our own bed cover and blankets, we feel more comfortable sleeping that way! Surprisingly this place was really low key and very clean! Honestly shocked because you know Antioch isn't really like suburbs far from it it's like a mini Oakland! So I had really low expectations on my stay here but it was actually one my favorite hotels to stay at!
