Then we tried to check out the pool. It was visibly really dirty and the spa was literally yellow water so that was a no go. I had put my foot in the water of the pool so I felt like I needed to shower. The water pressure was sooo bad. Then no more than 15 minutes later the power went out for at least 10 minutes, flicked back on, then went back off. At this point it felt like a sign to leave so we checked out. I really don't expect the hotel to remedy this situation I just chalked it up to a $192 loss. If there are other options, I'd prioritize staying at one of them. I will say the room itself appeared clean. So if that's the bar, you're good to go.

It was quiet during the night and we felt secure. Bed was comfortable, AC worked really good. I booked us a 2 night stay with double queen bedroom. I normally book us two beds because usually the rooms that have two beds are bigger. In total our stay was $250 for two nights which is a steal! Deposit was only like $70 and they will refund you back the money once you have checked out, got my money back instantly like the next day! All really depends on what bank you have tbh. Walking in our room the room smelled really clean, I check the room to see if everything is clean and everything checked out good! We never sleep in the covers EVER! We always bring our own bed cover and blankets, we feel more comfortable sleeping that way! Surprisingly this place was really low key and very clean! Honestly shocked because you know Antioch isn't really like suburbs far from it it's like a mini Oakland! So I had really low expectations on my stay here but it was actually one my favorite hotels to stay at! The room didn't feel cramped, plenty storage space, SMART TV, media desk, nightstands had USB plugs to charge our phones, mini fridge perfect size to fit leftovers and pie from Nation's next door. The actual menu in-person had a couple items that aren't on the sample menu including a couple more dessert options like fig ice cream. We really liked everything we tried! The portions were pretty good. If coming here for food I'd recommend getting here early since food trucks have limited capacity. You're welcome to stroll around the property both the flower farm and the inn side before or after your meal. The parking situation is a gravel lot. So it may not be the most handicap accessible place. We had a lot of fun stopping by Park Winters. They were setting up for a wedding so the inn side would have been closed for the event starting at 1pm. The check also came with a small map of the property for you to keep. This was very helpful in exploring the property. The only caveat is this is the countryside. Wear long pants or be prepared with insect repellent! Even at 10am in the summer my legs were bitten by mosquitoes. (Type O blood. Mosquito magnet here.) I'd like if they burned some citronella candles to help with mosquitoes.
