I give the hotel a 4 based on being new and lacking a lot of aspects. During my visit I took my 96 year old grandmother with me, I asked for a chair to be used in the shower and they wrote two requests and never got back to me with a yes or no on availability. I also had an issue with the smog detector alarm beeping all night long and It was not resolved. They set us up in the first floor which happened to be extremely noisy, people kept slamming doors at 2 am, people talking very loud on the hallways, etc. I asked the day before my departure if they could request a taxi from the airport to come and pick me up and they said yes, I specified I needed a big car because I had too much to take, when I was ready to leave they said they don't call the airport they have their own transportation and the guy was already waiting for us.The car taking us back was too small to fit a wheelchair and walker my grandma required, and he had to change things around and leave the trunk open with ties to keep our stuff there. My issue is mainly with the lack of communication with the front staff, the guys running the valet parking were amazing, and the cleaning staff too.
