On our recent trip throughout Europe, Hotel Grandior is Prague was not only one of our favorite hotels, but it was the best value. The location is excellent (also next-door to a KFC YAAASSS) and the staff here really go above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. There was an issue with our room the first night and it was corrected immediately - we were moved higher up, too! And the staff even offered to carry all of our things for us. But let's take a second to acknowledge the incredible hotel breakfast. Oh my gosh... it is SO good! So many options to choose from, complimentary booze, beautiful live classical piano... Pretty high class for the price! Don't forget to check out the spa downstairs. Discounts for hotel guests AND a beer spa!!!

Great: In the Centrum Nice prices Friendly Spa treatments A lot of food for breakfest Beautiful hotel Privat driver to/from airport Good: Fitness rom Three elevators In the Centrum so a little bit of sound from the street A lot of tourist information Free soap, body lotion and shampo in the room but ours was empty Could be better: Yes they have a fitness room but you have to book it because its just have room for one person. Prices on the spa could be in the room, you need to call down to hear the prices. All in all I liked it here, and I will for sure come back :)

My partner and I try and get away on a city break each year for our Anniversary. This year Prague was the destination and my other half had planned and booked everything himself as a Christmas present to me. Lucky girl eh!? We had originally been booked in at the sister hotel across the lobby (DesignElephant) - but after highlighting some noise issues on our first night we were moved. Milan the Manager of the DesignElephant hotel was fantastic! He explained that building works were being undertaken on a property underneath the hotel and that there was little he could do. He'd asked that they only did work within a certain timeframe - but this wasn't being adhered too. Milan very quickly came up with a solution and asked that we meet him in reception and he would transfer us to Grandior. What he didn't tell us was that this wasn't a like for like room, he'd also given us an upgrade to a gorgeous suite! The room was fantastic. Open, bright and comfortable. The suite consisted of a modern bathroom, living room and separate bedroom. Amenities were great and the room included an iron and ironing board, miniature toiletries, tea/coffee, free wifi, free safe etc. Also I love a good bath and the baths in this hotel are amazing. Super deep and comfortable - I ended up having a bath every evening after getting in from my travels! Milan also arranged for a little anniversary treat and we arrived to our hotel room one evening and found a bottle of wine and some delicious little macaroons, it was really thoughtful and appreciated. Breakfast is fabulous as other travellers have mentioned. Plenty of places to sit, incredible amounts of choice, omelettes made to your liking. The hotel is also in a perfect location - a scenic 15 to 20 minute stroll away from the main square. Close by but also far enough to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff here are wonderful - from reception, to waiting on, to housekeeping. Nothing seems to be too much. This hotel is a real gem and our suite was stunning. But what impressed me was the friendliness, professionalism and fantastic customer service we received from Milan. He is a real credit to the company. He quickly and effectively turned what could have been a real downer on the trip into a really enjoyable, romantic get away. Furthermore I somehow (daftly) managed to leave my iPad behind in my hotel room when I checked out. Nightmare! But after a quick email to the hotel Zuzana arranged for my iPad to be sent back to me in the UK, and did so with great ease. They got it packed up and posted within 1 working day! Zuzana then kept in contact with me whilst the parcel was on it's way and was a great help to me. Again nothing was too much. It was hugely appreciated, thanks Zuzana. A great team and a great hotel! Thanks again to all that made it a wonderful get away.

The hotel is conveniently located near Prague's city center, making it easy to walk to many of the city's major attractions, including the Jewish Quarter, Old Town Square, the Astronomical Clock, and numerous shops and restaurants. One of the highlights of the hotel is the Executive Lounge, which is open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Throughout the day, guests have access to water, soft drinks, coffee, and snacks, with additional food offerings during designated hours. The evening happy hour was excellent, featuring beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages in a comfortable and relaxing setting. The fitness facilities were more than adequate for vacation needs. The gym includes cardio equipment, rowing machines, treadmills, a Pilates area, and free weights. The heated indoor pool and sauna were fantastic and provided a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was truly exceptional and one of the best Hilton breakfast experiences I have had. The buffet included approximately five different stations, including a made-to-order omelet station, hot breakfast selections, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh breads and pastries, fruits, and a pancake station. My son and I looked forward to breakfast every morning and thoroughly enjoyed it. Most importantly, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. I have absolutely no complaints about the service we received. I would especially like to recognize Hannah at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Hannah helped coordinate a birthday cake for my son's birthday during our stay. Even more impressively, although we were departing Prague before my wife's birthday celebration could take place, Hannah somehow coordinated with the Hilton in Vienna so that when we arrived there, a surprise birthday cake was waiting for my wife. She absolutely loved the gesture, and it made our trip even more special. Thank you, Hannah, for your kindness, attention to detail, and exceptional service. You truly made our stay memorable and gave us every reason to return. I highly recommend the Hilton Prague and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Location is perfect - it is walking distance to the Astronomical Clock, restaurants, the mall, and the bus station. My SO booked through Amex, so we received a $100 voucher that we spend at the hotel restaurant. Check - in was easy, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Our room was spacious; the beds and pillows very comfortable, and the bathroom was well stocked. Charging our devices was no problem but we were ready though we brought an adapter. Free breakfast had plenty of options and everything tasted fresh. We enjoyed it for sure. It is a good place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague.

The champagne upon check-in in the lobby beautifully decorated for Christmas was such a perfect welcome. Being so close to Charles Bridge and the Malostranska subway stop made getting around very easy. And yet the hotel was quiet. Caution exiting the hotel driveway through! Look both ways. The staff at breakfast were fantastic and took great care of us. We enjoyed the buffet most days but the menu items looked delicious. We enjoyed our free beer sample and a cocktail at the bar in the Refectory. Our only complaint would be that the room was warm for our taste and we couldn't quite figure out how to get the A/C on (or if it was an option). The bathroom was especially warm, we called it "the spa" We slept with the windows open and all was well. If you're looking for a luxury stay, you can't do much better.

Americans, who have never seen the kind of coffee makers they have in the room might need orientation to prepare coffee correctly. The restaurant is very good with one glaring exception: at breakfast, fried eggs ordered "over easy" are always burnt. If you order them over-easy, they're burnt on both sides. If you explain to the waiter that the eggs should not be cooked quickly on such high heat, and then he goes to the kitchen and has the cook do your "over-easy" eggs again, the eggs will still be burnt on one side, but not on the other. It's amazing that a luxury hotel this great in so many ways cannot hire a breakfast chef to adequately cook fried eggs! As they are perpetually doomed to fail with fried egg orders, I recommend you order the poached, egg and salmon breakfast item instead, since for some strange reason, they actually do know how to make poached eggs.

Check-in was smooth, and I was assigned to Room 308. The 7am breakfast buffet here is complimentary, Pros: 1. Felt immersed in its beauty and luxury the moment I stepped in. 2. Complimentary 7am breakfast buffet. My favorites among the breakfast selections were perfectly jammy fried eggs, beef broth, smoked herring fillets, chia seed pudding, soft pretzel, blueberry yogurt, and this tiny cake with ridged edges that I forget the name of but I liked it. 3. Walking distance to pretty much just about everything I wanted to do in Prague, right in front of the Powder Tower, and just a few minutes away from the Astrological Clock Tower! 4. Walking distance from the Prague train station. 5. Even though the bathroom was kind of cramped, it was pristine and the shower was very nice and had a tub. 5. Had drinking water dispenser in the lobby 6. Great staff 7. Complimentary tea 8. Robes and slippers 9. Comfy bed 10. Clean and comfortable 11. Smooth check-in and check-out 12. They held my backpack after I checked out so that I could explore Prague some more until it was time for me to head to the airport. Cons: 1. Room was cramped and small 2. The mirror light in the bathroom could have been brighter 3. Could have had proper space to brew tea 4. The lockbox could have been on a lower shelf so that I (a petite woman) didn't have to jump up and see what I put in it.

One morning a got a cute "Good morning" with my name written on the porcelain saucer. Literally made me day. The front desk was really good with recommendations for a lot of our needs. We had two rooms and thankfully they were right next to each other. The rooms were cute and quaint, though a bit small. The design and decor were simple, but it works. Although, the bathroom/shower were all tinted glass and felt a bit weird using the toilet while my partner is showering. I'd wish they had a few more hooks for towels and robes. I do have to say, their toiletries are top notch! I loved the scent of the wash and the lotion. They even offered a lavender spray mist for bed time. Complimentary breakfast for us and it was in this cute indoor/outdoor courtyard. They had a made-to-order menu and then there is a buffet of pastries, fruits, and lighter breakfast items. The service was impeccable and always at your service, very attentive. I used the wellness area a few times for the sauna and steam room. The gym is quite small with a bike, some weights, and perhaps a treadmill? I didn't use it, so I don't remember. The spa room turns on in the evening at 1600hours, unless you ask them to turn it on at a specific time. Their sauna and steam room works extremely well, it's super hot! He greeted us by having us move into the bar for a complimentary glass of Prosecco while he filled out all the paperwork. He then came over with our passports, a map and a list of local restaurants broken down by food type. He spent about 10 minutes with us showing us on the map where the best markets were as well as other attractions in the city. Later, he arranged tickets to a local Christmas music concert as well as dinner reservations for after. Another day we were able to reserve massages for the two of us in their beautiful spa, which included a soaking pool, steam room and sauna. When it was time to check out, George arranged for a car to come and take us to the airport. The room was beautiful and well equipped.
