We group stayed here as we were traveling for an economic mission between the PI and San Diego. We arrived at 345am and when we arrived at the hotel, they graciously let us check in early as we had a full schedule. We needed to check in, shower, change and eat breakfast before heading out at 8am for our event. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful in checking us in and ensure we had all our needs met.
Wi-fi is available, pool, onsite restaurant, onsite gym, a clothing store, concierge desk, bar/lounge and a really nice French restaurant.
We stayed a total of 5 days/4 nights in this luxurious hotel. Every day our room was serviced and daily we received complimentary waters and fruits. Many bathroom amenities were offered, so if you forgot your toothbrush or travel sewing kit, there is a box in the bathroom that has the essentials.
There is a coffee maker in the room, hair dryer, and snacks (you have to pay). The bed was very comfortable with tons of pillows and the space was very adequate for 2 persons.
We had a room with a very nice view of Ayala center and Glorietta. Unfortunately, our room was by the elevators so we heard people coming and going. Wasn't a big deal since the hotel was pretty quiet during our stay.
There is an onsite spa and massage services are $50 an hour, but go to the front desk and ask for referrals for massages. We ended up getting 90 min massages in our room from a company who serves the hotels in the area and they come to your room up to 1am. Our entire group utilized the service, so take advantage!
We would definitely stay here again since this hotel is in the heart of Makati and everything you need is within walking distance and is safe. There are a lot of foreigners who stay in the area and there is a lot of security in the hotels and malls.
In US dollars, rooms are less than $200 night. Not bad for this 4-5 star hotel! read more
