One of the great classic Capri Hotels and staple for people watching on the bar steps to the entrance. The Gentlemen run this place like a boss, so completely on point you feel as if you're on a movie set. Great spot to have a cocktail and they lavish you with delicious snacks. I've also stayed at the hotel many times and it's well worth it, very luxurious.

Gorgeous, stunning, world class hotel. Beautiful location in the heart of the town of Capri, with spacious grounds, gardens, pool, pool restaurant (La Colombaia) spa, breakfast room, and lobby bar/cafe with indoor and outside seating (Quisi). Guests have included celebrities, politicians, writers. Artists and designers. Apparently, F. Scott Fitzgerald stayed in Capri for 2 months while writing his first novel, The Great Gatsby, and spent his afternoons here, with his wife. Our good friend stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. It's a bit pricey for us - this week in September, was €1,000-€3,000/night. Although it does drop to €580 on one night, Sun. Sept. 29. Maybe some day we'll come off season., and enjoy this spectacular place.

We had drinks and food here but did not stay over. The service is excellent and professional. The restrooms are some of the nicest in the world. The hotel grounds are absolutely fantastic. Have a drink and people watch and enjoy the local vibe. I imagine staying overnight in the hotel would be amazing.

Did not stay at the hotel but we do go a lot to the bar outside and have great drinks. I recommend the princess drink, its champagne with mini strawberries and mint. Delicious. The service was great but I must admit it was a bit annoying that they brought us the check so quickly. Anyways the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. A good place to go to before going out to the club right next to it. We also met the designer Valentino at this hotel and took pictures with him. This hotel is very exquisite. Will definitely come back!

One of the most beautiful hotels and places we have been to in the world. We made memories at La Colombaia, memories in their bathroom ;) and memories in Capri for a lifetime. A wonderful, classy, elegant, gorgeous piece of Italy that appears handmade by God himself.

My wife and I came here for lunch. We got pizza and local meats and cheeses. The prices were reasonable, the staff was friendly. Plus, they had great free wifi. Definitely glad we came!

Beautiful luxury hotel. Gourmet eating, beautiful views. Central location in lovely Isle of Capri. You cannot go wrong unless you don't like heights!

This is an amazing hotel with probably the best location in Capri, right in the center of town. Serious shopping location for the ladies. Hotel is a grand old hotel with beautiful grounds, palatial lobby, and spectacular views from the back. They have rooms of all sizes and with city and ocean views at a range of pricing. They have a nice gym with weight lifting equipment, including free weights and machines, a few treadmills and elliptical. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruits, juices, meats, and bread. The pool is very nice with a good view, it is very quite though and there are many old people. If you are younger and looking for a more social atmosphere, I would recommend a beach club, which still are quite as nowhere in Capri has any music played at the pool that I had been. I only had 2 issues with the hotel, the price of drinks, then the service. A can of soda by the pool with rum you 12 euros. You would think if people would be willing to pay that, they would have people waiting on them for orders, but no. I tell people you may able to die of dehydration at the pool at the Quisi because the service is so slow. It takes 10-15 minutes to find someone to take an order. The lunch by the pool at the Quisi was my favorite meal in all of Capri. The pizza and calzone are amazing, the seafood risotto was delicious and elegant. The chicken though was a bit dry. The squash Parmesan is maybe the best dish in all of Capri. Overall, great hotel, would score better with me if the service matched the price level.

Came here every night for drinks. Definitely expensive but the ambiance and drinks were worth it. A most go to when visiting Capri.

It is clean, quiet and well maintained with beautiful grounds surrounding the premises. It has a popular roof top bar that enjoys the same views as the hotel, which as mentioned, are exquisite. Breakfast is very good and offers a wide range of day starters. The hotel's location makes it a fairly long walk to the Piazza and is generally uphill going, so it may be difficult for some, but if you can, you should. The staff is professional, and maybe a bit stiff at the front desk, but the hotel and pool waiters are very attentive. Francesco, who attends at the pool anticipates your requests and acts quickly to meet them. Bravo!

The staff at the pool is also very welcoming and attentive. Francesco does everything with such delight, and that's how employees should work. He actually wants to be here to help out. Anyways the lunch at the pool area is also delicious. I recommend the shrimp avocado salad and the king prawns. Loved it. The breakfast is so delicious as well. Very fresh. It's more of a continental buffet, but you can order from the menu as well. The omelette I ordered with prosciutto and tomatoes was amazing. The coffee spectacular. The view of the hotel is nothing like I've seen before. So beautiful, you can see the mountainside and the ocean at the same time. It's also a quiet hotel, where everyone respects that. Perfectly vintage as well. The rooms are very clean and the staff does a very good job at keeping it that way. One criticism I have is that the concierge were not that helpful in helping us make reservations with restaurants. They should've tried more I feel. Other than that that we had a beautiful stay! Thank you hotel Luna! We will come back again next year !

My husband chose the beef ravioli, and I selected the truffle gnocchi with walnuts. My husband's ravioli were housemade and extremely tasteful. The view is absolutely breathtaking, we had the restaurant to ourselves because we chose to eat early that night and I'm so glad we did. It was the perfect beginning to an amazing trip.

I do like the freshly squeezed orange juice though! Staff are friendly, and there's an outdoor gym. I didn't care for the equipment as you can't really adjust the machines and it seems like it's also the smoking area. It's a bit difficult to do cardio in hot weather and smell cigarette smoke, so that wasn't very enjoyable. Pool is small and I skipped it. There's plenty of seats in the shade and they also have a small hot tub by the garden area separate from the pool. I really liked the tiny libraries and think that should be an option at all hotels in the States! I traded the books I brought and took new ones. Room is okay. They don't service it very well, sometimes only just making the bed and not taking out the garbage. I also felt like the shower was a smidge small and the folded up shower seat was discolored, so a bit off-putting. Everything is also so high up! Like the towel hooks and the toiletries. It's more work for us shorter people to reach! They also offer complimentary service around specific Praiano bus stops, so a bit nice... however, it's quicker at times to just walk it yourself.
