Pretty basic prime rib. Good.

Service was lacking but the food was good. Not like out of this world good but good for a small town steak house. Got the Primar rib with the salad bar. The vibe of this hotel is charming and warm and cozy. I love a good selection of taxidermy mounts :)

Decor

We got cheeseburgers they were yummy on a toasted bun! And the prime rib was very tender and juicy. Tona was our waitress she is awesome!! Very attentive, kind, and overall great energy :) loved the decor and antique feel.

Great historic building with a fun restaurant and bar. Keeping the historic feel with the decor this was a fun place to eat. We also went across the hall to have a beer in the bar after lunch. The sandwiches we had were very good. They were accommodating when I asked to switch one of the deli meats. Several sides to choose from . They serve dinner as well. The servers were very nice and the food came out quickly. Was a fun day visiting Saratoga.

We stopped in Saratoga on vacation. We easily got a reservation on the way to town. The restaurant is beautiful. Dinner was superb. Started with the sautéd mushrooms, these are to die for. Ordered prime rib, and it was the best I've had in quite a while. Husband had the 8 oz sirloin with the sweet and spicy dry rub, which was topped with bleu cheese. Incredible. Dessert. The banana cream pie is remarkable. I wish we lived closer than 8 hours...This dinner rates in our all time top 5!

Steak for two

It was our anniversary and we had the steak for two and it was just perfect! Glad we live here so that we can enjoy it anytime!

Stopped here on my way to the hot springs and have to say that the food was amazing. I simply got a burger with fries but it came out hot and very juicy and flavorful. The day we came it was busy simply because they had fishing durby happening. But even then the service was great and everyone was extremely friendly.

I was raised in Saratoga so I kind of go off of the older name of The Saratoga Inn. Since I have…read morefamily nearby there isn't much need to get a room here or any other lodging business in town. But I do enjoy coming here for lunch. I usually go to the bar section of the place in which they have their own craft beer. The lunches are good and have hearty portions. And often my visits can have an exhaustive nature to them so escaping to this bar which is fairly quiet during the day for a pint is very nice. Getting a craft beer pint reminds me of where I live now where defaulted beer that everyone associates with beer drinking isn't the norm. It's been a while since I have had an evening meal here but I recently have had their breakfast buffet which is very nice. The food is nice and fresh and flavorful! Last year my father passed away and we did a private catering event in the dining room which was very nice. They got us in on very short notice and the event went quite smoothly. The organizer was extremely helpful and organized and laid out all the options for the event we were needing to do after the funeral. So that went quite smoothly. I am not sure when my next visit back will be but if it's a trip of a recreational and casual nature I will definitely stop by the bar for a pint of beer!

I slept about 4 hours the night before to make it early for sunrise. To say that a few tasty beers were what the doctor ordered would be the understatement of the century! None of this matters, of course, to the good folks at Rocky Cut Brewing Company. This is off the main drag of Estes in an unassuming strip plaza. Humble vibes inside, a simple U-shaped bar top with seating all around, a few smaller tables, a community table, and a large patio with mostly picnic table seating. If you're lucky, snag a stool right along the Big Thompson River! Though, I recommend they fix the wooden placeholders for beers, they're leaning on the wrong side of history, we don't want any full glasses of beer reaching an unnecessary demise! Interference IPA * American IPA * 6.7% * 16oz ($7) From their website: "Climbing the Interference Boulder in Rocky Mountain National Park requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases the power of hops with an intense blend forging citrus aromas with a pine forward finish. Featured ingredients: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Chinook, & Simcoe hops * Recommended adventure: hiking Black Lake, climbing the Twin Owls, skiing upper Hidden Valley." A perfectly apt description. I would summarize this beer just as they did, focusing on hops, citrus, and pine. Absolutely delicious, a memorable IPA in recent memory. I liked it so much I ordered it again and it tasted just as delicious the second time down! They also had a food truck outside, so safe to assume they do this often. Would love to try more of their beers during my next visit. Rock Cut, I see you!

The service here was great and I have to give a shoutout to Sydni for being such a lovely bartender. They have a marshmallow sour and hear me out because at first I was like, ummm idk about that but when I sampled it, it was like insanely stupid good. If you like to drink sours then I would recommend ordering that one. One of the coolest things that I've ever seen within my travels was a beer keg urinal that is in their men's bathroom. All in all, the service was amazing, the beer was amazing and I wound definitely stop in here again the next time that I'm in town. Once again, thank you Sydni.

Rum Barrel Sottish 4/4 Rich without being too sweet or syrupy, Harvest Moon 4.5 / 4.25 Out of season, sure, but an absolutely lovely sour that didn't go "pumpkin spice" and didn't feel too fall for summer. It was well-balanced & finished clean. On our visit to the 2nd location, we arrived just after opening & were able to grab some cooler filler stouts , on top of our 2 pours for the passport. The service here was great, tho, again, it was early so we definitely beat the crowd! We were advised of the open container option, should we want to check out downtown while we sipped. I always love towns that offer this for their downtown, so, Bravo!
