They have beer...and it's cold and delicious!

This is a cool place with delicious beer and a wonderful cross-section of Laramie locals. Everyone is welcome. Everyone has fun. Buy a t-shirt!

Cool brewery in downtown Laramie. You walk through the front door and the brewery is below you (in the basement?) on the right hand side. You can look down at the tanks from the taproom. We bellied up to the bar and ordered a flight of beer so we could try some different styles. The beers were good and the girl behind the bar was great. We would definitely return to try more beer.

My husband and I stopped here on the way to our camping site - He got the Rhuberry and I got a wheat ale. His rhubarb fruit beer was really good, I kept sipping it! I didn't like my 2nd Street ale as much, it was almost too lemony and reminded me of fake lemon taste/smell. I'd go back and try additional beers for sure - the atmosphere is really laid back (we brought our dog inside). There's also a patio in the back. The front of the brewery is super cool because you can see all of the brewing containers on the floor below the main floor!

Too early to turn in for the night and too late to drive on to the next town, I found Bond's for a beer and dinner. This is a taphouse and they don't have their own food, instead working with a variety of food trucks. I found a comfy seat and was able to watch the place slowly fill up with regulars and adults having adult fun. There are some tables near power outlets (always a concern for travelers like me) where I was able to sit. I caught up with work, wrote some Yelp reviews and enjoyed my time. The "2nd Street Wheat" was a tasty beverage and went well with the burrito bowl I had from the food truck. [Review 17825 overall - 34 in Wyoming - 1346 of 2022.]

Really enjoyed my Mexican Lager at Bond's!

On my most recent trip back to Wyoming I passed through Laramie a couple of times. One of those times I stopped at Bond's. I got two beers from this brewery, both in which that I enjoyed. My favorite out of the two was definitely their Mexican Lager as it had a clean, refreshing and bready taste to it. It's one of my favorite type of lagers. The other beer was their 2nd Street Wheat. I enjoyed this one fairly well too and it was nice and clean un flavor as well with a bit of a lemony flavor to it. Bond's is near a few other breweries and pubs so anyone wanting to do a pub crawl this is probably the best spot to do it in town.

We stopped here on our way from CO to Grand Teton National Park. Great little pit stop on the long drive. Good beer selection with a true craft beer atmosphere in the middle of Laramie. Would definitely make a point of stopping here again if we were in the area.

Haven't been back home in 8 years and a friend took me out to Tacos & Trivia here. Such an awesome environment with board games, an open space and Outback a cozy patio. I tried the Blueberry beer which was good but i was more a tan of their signature Michelada. When you put in all the add ins it's like a whole appetizer in itself They sprinkle a signature green salt on top that they also sell separately you have got to try this stuff! You will not be disappointed! . Trivia was fun as well they are very organized in the way the run it. The majority of the bar was engaged & participating which really made it all the more fun and made me wish I still lived here to enjoy this weekly community event.

Came in for Taco and Trivia Tuesday and got some nachos with al pastor and grabbed an Amber Red at the bar. We left before the Trivia picked up, but the overall feel of this place is great, with an open warehouse setting. Staff are very nice and having food available is a bonus.

Jay and Mallory Bond surpass the customers expectations. Events from food trucks to plant sales, trivia nights, comedy shows and local musicians are some of tje things theyboffer. This past weekend was the Kentucky Derby party, decorated and staff and servers waere into the event. Don't forget to buy the product you like before you leave. I recommend the Scottish Ale.

What can I say beer is worth the trip and the catering truck delivers. The service was just fine.

Great selection and variety. It feels a little upscale here so doesn't always feel as comfy for a casual lunch with kids. I got a chicken ceasar salad and it was okay, nothing special. We loved the cheese curds and the kids meal options were good. We had a fantastic server, Miko/Mico. So helpful with the kids, was patient and checked in often. Love that. I'll always give them a chance as it's been around in town for decades now.

Maybe the draw here is the drinks, I wouldn't know. We started off with the pepper jack cheese curds, which were actually pretty tasty, but it's hard to mess up cheese curds so not too many kudos there. Our entrees were extremely disappointing. The burger we got was dry, and looked like it had been nuked in a microwave. Frankly, Freddys burgers look more appetizing than the one we received. The sweet potato fries looked freshly unfrozen and sad. I got the crispy Mac and cheese with the brisket option. Brisket was fatty and dry, and the Mac and cheese was such a small portion, the 9 pieces of brisket they gave me made my plate look small. For Mac and cheese, it was alright. I've made better with $12 at home, but the brisket was extremely disappointing for the markup they charged. I almost forgot to mention, there was only about 12-13 people here, with 1/4 of those being individuals sitting at the bar. It took us close to 40 minutes to get our food! Absolute insanity since there was almost nobody here. Better yet, the food arrived lukewarm! Service was fine. Ambience was nice, the actual building itself was nice to sit in, but the food was so sad and overpriced, I'll probably never set foot in here again. I can get better Mac and cheese in the Walmart fresh food section and a better burger at Freddy's 10 minutes down the road.

The brat came out sliced in half and situated on two lightly toasted slider rolls. The onion rings were lightly battered and perfect cook. I didn't hear any complaints from my colleague either. Beer: I tried a couple tasters of their micro brew and decided to go with the SOL DANCE. We stopped in during the afternoon while traveling and were short on time. One of the reasons we…read morechose this place was because it had been recommended to us by ChatGPT for its good atmosphere and food, so we arrived with positive expectations. If you are on a schedule, hungry, or just passing through, I strongly recommend having a reservation before going. Another issue was the online menu experience. Their website would not open properly for us, and the menu information we found online did not match the physical menu we were given at the restaurant. That made it difficult to plan ahead or know what to expect before arriving. The host was initially kind enough to seat us at the bar so we would not be turned away, which we appreciated. We ordered a quick meatball dish to go and were told it would be about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, it ended up taking around 45 minutes. Had we been informed clearly from the beginning that the food would be significantly delayed, and that not having a reservation would place us at the back of the queue, we would have simply gone somewhere else and saved everyone the inconvenience. By the time the food arrived, we were tired and frustrated. During the wait, it was explained to us that because we did not have a reservation, other orders had to be prioritized ahead of ours. While the meal was ultimately provided at no charge, the overall experience was stressful and not ideal for travelers on a tight schedule. If you plan to visit, especially while on the road, I would recommend reserving in advance and allowing extra time. Good luck!
