I paid to have brand new turf installed because I was told my existing turf needed to be replaced due to visible seams. After the job was completed, the new turf still has seams, which defeats the entire reason I agreed to replace it in the first place. I also paid for a completely new irrigation system, but it appears that it was never actually replaced. Many of the sprinklers still have the same old sprinkler heads and tops, yet the company insists the system was replaced. The visible evidence suggests otherwise. Additionally, I paid for repairs to my fire pit, and within three days the structure was already cracked again. The professionalism on-site was also lacking. During the job, the crew took a break for about an hour sitting on our personal lawn chairs and didn't even bother to put them back, and they left trash and debris behind when they finished. What's most frustrating is that I've reached out multiple times to have these issues addressed, and each time I've been pushed aside, given excuses, or told things that simply aren't true. At this point I feel like I paid a significant amount of money for work that was not completed as promised and was poorly executed. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to others. Update. The owner has informed us that we will be receiving a refund that should have arrived today. If course it did not arrive, not is he answering any attempts to reconcile. This shows how crooked he is.

He came up with a creative design for our backyard that provided more privacy; an entertainment space with a bar, tv, fire pit; and an outdoor kitchen. He asks questions to understand what your needs are and how you envision yourself using your yard to come up with a 3-D rendering of your ideal space. Sean has an eye for design and thinks of the big picture and the small details. We had to wait several months for the crew to start, but in my mind that was a good sign that Envirogreen was well sought after. They were worth the wait! Envirogreen has their own crews, instead of a bunch of subcontractors. Their crew, led by Abraham, was punctual, reliable, and hardworking. They showed up 5-6 days a week and worked long days until our project was complete. This kind of work ethic and reliability is so rare these days. Sean communicated with us throughout the entire process and his insights allowed us to make some decisions to improve the original plan as needed (i.e.- installed one bigger propane tank to serve our smoker, grill, fire pit, and indoor stove instead of added another smaller one). The project was delayed multiple times, measurements were done wrong, and the rock area was left unleveled. What made the experience worse was the communication throughout the process. When an issue came up regarding the color of the pavers that was recommended by our sales representative, he was unwilling to take accountability or work with us toward a reasonable solution. After pointing out all the issues, he told us he would contact his manager to see if they could provide a discount since the incorrect color of pavers had already been delivered and partially installed. After days of back-and-forth, he later informed us that they would not be pursuing that option after all. The inconsistency and lack of follow-through were very disappointing. James the sales agent became increasingly hostile and unprofessional. Instead of feeling like our concerns were being heard and addressed, we felt blamed for issues that should have been handled collaboratively. To their credit, the installation crew worked hard and completed much of the physical labor well. However their customer service and accountability was horrible. He cleaned my filters replaced the part, but there was still an issue with the pump which was only operating w/ half pressure. Daniel advised me my pump was a knockoff, and wasn't very efficient he quoted me a price to install a better pump which I told him I couldn't afford right now. He took the pump with him and basically rebuilt it, saving me a lot of money. the pool is running perfect, better then it ever has. I appreciate the time and effort he spent getting my pool to function properly. The temperature was 117 that day but he kept working until I was happy, so God bless you Daniel. For the past year, All American Pool Servicing was "taking care" of my pool. I am a new pool owner…read moreand relied on having a knowledgeable company to keep my pool clean and always ready to go. Apparently Daniel and his are very new to caring and servicing pools from my experience. There was always an outside factor on to why it was not his fault the pool had algae or that he was spending so much on pool chemicals. During the month of January he suggested my pool needs to be drained due to the amount of chemicals he was spending to keep not just my pool clean but others as well. Pool was drained by the previous owners February 2025 and he could not understand why the pool levels were not correct when David came to service it. Pool was drained by us and cost less than Daniel said he could do it for. I reached out to Daniel 4/12/26 regarding algae build on the walls and steps of my pool. I asked that the pool be given a thorough scrub to get the pool ready for the summer. David came over Monday, April 13th and stayed for 9 minutes, leaving the wall and steps still full of algae. I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously so I terminated my pool service with Daniel via email on 4/17/2026. I asked that I be taken off of autopay immediately to avoid being charged on the 1st, he replied "Will do". Come May 1, 2026 I was charged 120$, unbelievable. I reached out to Daniel 5/1/26 to get a refund and was told not sure why you were charged and refund takes 5-7 days. Today is 5/18/26 and I have yet to get a refund from him. I had to call my bank to issue a dispute charge as he did not even read nor text me back on 5/14/16 to see what was going on regarding the refund. I am not the only person he has not refunded. Check the other reviews regarding this company. Please use this company if you enjoy subpar service, listening to a silver tongued snake talk your ear off. If his website still says veteran owned, do not believe him. His former business partner was the veteran, not Daniel.
