The company was so new and we didn't know where to get prints. We saw MMP-Sandlake and thought to give them a try and BOOM! We haven't left. Like most people, we are always behind schedule and need something printed NOW. Luckily MMP is local and they have been great about meeting our deadlines. I have been working with Peggy ever since. Their website is user unfriendly and getting responses from their customer service portal takes…read moreawhile. They don't lock down multiple usernames and instead of using your email to sign in you use your username. I accidentally created two accounts with the same username (two different emails over the course of a year - I forgot I had already created an account) this in essence locked me out of their system after requesting a password recovery. It's my fault for the duplicate usernames and everything. Not necessarily blaming them. But explaining the issue and how to solve it through their chat based portal and not being able to call them to resolve the issue got annoying so I canceled my order. I got my refund about a week or two later. They're a very affordable option, maybe the best in the business, but be really careful on their site, it doesn't work very well. I can't speak to the quality of their printed books since I canceled my order.

It happens..but that is not the issue..the issue is HOW badly they handled it... Rather than handling it professionally, they were mocking and rude to me and dismissive. They would not even discuss the fact that they screwed it up. They blamed it on me. I had my file checked by another pro (did I miss something) he said the file is fine...so....I sent the same PDF to another printer and got back perfect books. It should be noted I've printed over 200 books using PDF technology. So I think I had the specs correct and this was about the 25th book I've made with this printer. It's all about their completely horrible customer service. Rather than addressing complaints like adults, they handle it like little children. They even punished me by deleting my account and taking all my books off their system because I dared complain. I was always polite with them but I was firm on the fact that they screwed up my printing. Anyway, they handled it like adolescence and for that reason I'll never do business with them again and I've been able to turn away dozens and dozens and dozens of people from using their service and I will continue to do so. If you're looking for the worst customer service on the planet you found it
