I would NEVER and I mean NEVER do business with this company again. I would NEVER recommend or refer them to anyone. I got an estimate from them to move my stuff they quoted me $685 when the time came to pay it was $2600 and not to mention the iPad that they use for you to review, make payments and sign had a different amount than what I received on the Docusign. I questioned it and had the them lead call them because the amount she seen was also different. There were 4 different amounts. When she called to check on it the manager a lady was so rude to her and me, she told the worker that the customer should never see the iPad amount??? How when the customer has to review and sign. Anyway it was four movers a lady and three men. To me they were extremely nice and worked hard however after some days I noticed that my beds in some of the rooms were not put up, the glass on my patio table right now is still outside leaning up against the wall, the washing machine is missing all for legs and the dryer has some scratches and they never brought the vent in to the dryer and when Best Buy came to connect the washer and dryer I had to buy another vent for the dryer. And to think after paying the amount I paid I still tipped them all $50 a piece. I'm definitely going to file a complaint with my proof of different amounts I have as proof to the Better Business Bureau. This company is a waste, scam and fraud. THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! Moved my mother, 80 yrs old, 900 sq ft apt on 4th floor to a 1st floor apt 1.5 miles away. Asked for a full pack out and unpack. One bedroom, therefore one bed, one dresser, one side table, one media table and 2 tvs. Again 900 sq ft. First 3 hrs, two movers did nothing, paced, one was on phone entire time. Did not bring boxes or packing materials. I repeat, did not bring boxes or packing material for a full pack out. After 3 hrs I complained. They started working as slow as can be. I realized they were working by the hr and were going to use entire time. Started at 9 am, we finally left them at 4 pm, since new apt needed us to pick up the keys. They still were not completed by 4 pm. I packed the entire kitchen in trash bags since they were going so slow, and no boxes. Never called to get materials, we just used our stuff to put things in. They arrived at 6 pm to new location. I called business and gave a truthful statement of the work. How can 900 sq ft apt take 8 hrs to pack-when I did the kitchen? My mother has nothing, but above mentioned. After a heated conversation with the local Manager, over the work and time, he wanted to charge me $3200 for a 900 sq ft, 1.5 mile move. I was honestly disgusted and flabbergasted by this. I let him know that this move should not have been over 4-5 hrs. (For reference, we moved 10 months ago with another company, 2.5 hrs drive, same 900 sq ft, and it took 6 hrs total with 2 men.). This company was gouging us for every hr to pay the longest time possible. Many hidden fees, and also insurance for $175. which we already had our own ins, but was mandatory to move. These movers then unpacked the truck and left everything in the living room. I asked them to do a 1-touch move, pick up and put in the bedroom, not just leave in living room; they stated they would after unpacking truck. At 7:45 pm they left without my knowledge, without me checking the truck. They left bed in middle of room, dresser on its side. Literally everything in the living room. This was an 11 hr day, for 900 sq ft, and they didn't have the courtesy to put furniture right side up or in correct room. They left at 80 yr old woman screwed! I contacted Manager again, and he still couldn't offer any assistance (how is that possible??) I had to hire local people to help move furniture, on top of the outrageous price this company charged. They also left broken furniture outside the apt complex parking area, that I had to move to dumpster. Just left us high and dry. Disrespectful company, manager that didn't care what employees were doing, employees that had no pride in their work and blatant disregard for the time. So, 11 hrs for 900 sq ft, and didn't even put dresser right side up, left broken furniture outside, and did not help put anything in right room. This company arrived without boxes and materials to pack-but proceeding to take 11 hrs to move my mother 1.5miles to screw her for every hour possible. DO NOT HIRE- Save yourself $$ and a Migrane! I don't even know where to begin.. Originally - we had hired All my Sons to move a 700 lb. Baby Grand Piano & a Gun Safe. Then, prior to their arrival we extended that to all the large objects in the house because we needed the help. The actual movers - were friendly and quick but they were not properly communicated with by their Scheduler or Office Admin. The day they were originally scheduled to come out: Day 1: Two 16-18 year old boys show up, HIGH, reeking of weed with bloodshot eyes. They have none of the equipment to move the piano. Which - was what we'd hired them to do in the first place. OH and they were 4 hours late. We rescheduled for Tomorrow Morning. Day 2: Tomorrow Morning turns into the Afternoon, and two different men show up to move the Piano. They take 1/3 legs off, tip it on its side and 1 of the 2 remaining legs makes a suspicious cracking noise from the stress of the weight. All of this BEFORE we signed any waivers for insurance, afterward - they try getting us to sign the insurance waiver / deposit form and we are hesitant. After much discussion, they tell us they cannot move the piano... Which was fine because at this point we'd lost trust. My husband and the Manager were on the phone coming to blows for quite some time, as the Manager still wanted to charge us FULL PRICE for the job they couldn't fully finish. They were soooooo slllowwww, on their phones 1/2 the time, and dropping our things. At this point, we hadn't hired any other company and our move was time sensitive. We did not want to leave the piano in an unattended house. We decided to have them move everything except the piano, and ended up having to pay a separate company to move it properly.. This was the first time hiring a moving company, so I did not have any experience, despite being on this planet 60 years. I guess I could always do it myself and did not trust others with my property that I have worked very hard for. First, I thought that the quote was high at $3,500 to move 20 miles (2 trucks and 6 men), but I also felt that they would take care with my items. They were very polite and nice people. Some of the men took care to wrap up couches and some other furniture items. However, there was a general lack of care for most of our possessions. They managed to break several items that were very carefully boxed with proper packaging. They somehow bent the frame of my $2K grill. Bent my fire heater and the crème dela crème was watching them drop my Craftsman 5 drawer rolling cabinet and 5 drawer tool chest from the truck. It is completely bent and torqued. I had to use a crow bar to break into drawers that I needed. 40 years I used it and in one moment completely destroyed and unusable. When I asked about it they just shrugged it off. No apology. Also, there are many items that went on their trucks but never came off. I hope they are enjoying things we worked our butts off for. read more

I only gave one star because i had to write this awful review. DO NOT USE THEM. I moved about two months ago and this was the worst experience I've ever had with movers. I literally only moved 10 minutes to my new location in which the drivers were an hour late for pickup. They quoted me one price which it was just for a studio move. No heavy furniture everything was boxed and ready to go. They didn't have to pack anything. Upon reaching my destination they broke a mirror, my vanity mirror in which I had to submit a claim for and they shorted me one penny?! like seriously that is so petty you couldn't even give me the full value of a mirror that you broke. They also increase the price of the move once they reached the final destination, which was only 10 minutes away and said they had to calculate gas and time and i had to pay to fill up a full tank of the truck not the milage?! I verified both addresses when I initially reached out to them and they gave me a quote that was completely different from what they get you in with. So long story short I could not get my things out of the truck until I paid them the new quote they gave me after they delivered my belongings. Absolute garbage of human beings and a company who has no values or integrity. I was arguing on the phone with the manager going round and round in circles. It was just terrible. BEWARE! I got two different quotes with this company for $159 an hour flat rate and that the time was from pick up to unloading at the final destination, I was NOT told that there was additional packing supplies, fuel and travel charges. I was quoted this by two separate people! I estimated that the move should only cost around $1200 at most, since the move was only 2 1/2 hours away. I even discussed this with the person on the phone who agreed with me!!! My final bill was $2100+!!!!!!! Double the amount. Lots of crazy charges, NOT FLAT RATE, almost $200 for packing supplies, labor charges, fuel and travel charges!! WTF! Never got a contract emailed to me prior to the move to see these charges, because I WOULDN'T have chosen them. I contacted the manager the next business day and he did nothing to compensate me. He basically treated me like a liar and told me that I was definitely told about all these charges. He just emailed me the final bill for my records, gee thanks so much! TOTAL SCAMMERS, I believe they intentionally mislead you! DO NOT use these people, based on their charges there is really NO reasonable way to determine what your final bill will be. Quote you a price just to delete your quote to quote you higher a day before your move to try and steal your deposit, do not book with these people, they will scam you, and if you ask them to pull phone proof they will say It doesn't matter - avoid at all costs! I hired All My Sons Moving Company to move my 2-bedroom apartment just six blocks away. Despite the short distance and the fact that I had already packed up 80% of my belongings before the movers even arrived, the entire move took over 11 hours. I was shocked to receive a final bill of nearly $2,700, which is more than double what I expected and far beyond what I believe was reasonable for the size and scope of the job. What made matters worse is that I had to step in and assist with moving and unloading the items myself just to help move things along. This included carrying boxes and furniture to and from the truck alongside the movers. It felt like I was paying for full-service moving but ended up doing the work myself. I called the local office to ask why it took 11 hours and so long and the response I receive was "sometimes it takes longer than others". This is not appropriate when you are paying by the hour. I have friends who have moved across country for cheaper than my 6 blocks. This experience was frustrating, exhausting, and ultimately felt like I was taken advantage of and more personal should have been sent to assist after 5 hours. I'm sharing this to warn others to ask detailed questions in advance and get everything in writing, especially around estimated time and cost. I guess I have to give them one star, but not by choice. Well, to start with they put plastic wrap around plastic containers and other unnecessary things. Yet the furniture that needed to be wrapped were not wrapped, causing a lot of damage to my furniture. They also left several things along with trash behind and tried to leave twice and I had to chase them down. WORST of all things! One of the movers asked about what games I like to play, as I had a PS5 console in a box. He said he used to be an avid game player and even shaped me a pic of him over weight and sitting on a sofa playing games. I told him that I have "Hogwarts Legacy" and he got all excited and said "I bet that's amazing" and then mentioned a couple of other games and he put his head back and said "that must be great". After we were done, he started walking away and said "ok". then stopped and asked, "wait, what Switch games do you play?". I mentioned a few and he stared off into space for a bit and then said "ok, ok". Then finally walked away to do the job I was paying them for. So, guess what? The box marked "games" just happened to disappear with at least $300 worth of games. I now he had no interest in Nintendo Switch, but he had mentioned having a son a couple of time. How convenient! They also said the move would take 4 hours and it took them 7 hour, they took over an for a 22 mile drive and charged $165 for "supplies" for all the stuff they wrapped up that didn't need to be. I've read other reviews from this company about leaving items behind and items disappearing. Please look elsewhere! read more

Absolutely the worst company! Three men came and only took half the house in the truck and said that they have no more room. They knew the size of our house and everything that needed to moved, it was in the quote. Then they said they needed to unload to another persons house and be will back in 2 hours, well they didn't come back for 6 hours. They left at left at 2:00 and didn't return until a dark 8:00 at night. Being as we needed to be out of our house due to the new buyers making settlement at 8am the next day, my husband and I had to finished the moving our selves that evening. Thankful we have a pickup truck and our new house was only 3 miles away. It was a nightmare!! They then charged us for extra 3 hours that they did not move us. Terrible experience. Crew was completely unprofessional. Among a few issues were.. leaving my personal belongings in the elevator while the crew sat and had sandwiches for strangers to have access to. One member of the crew couldn't figure out how to put my bedframe back together the way he took it apart, started cursing all around my apartment in front of me and then left with my bedframe in pieces on my floor. Asked my boyfriend with arthritis (which is why we hired movers in the first place, not like that matters) to carry the TV mattress and help with boxes up to our third floor apartment. I received terrible customer service when trying to explain my situation after the move had happened. If you're thinking of using this company please read reviews. They were horrible. We used them once before out of Palm Beach and they were great. We had to move two separate times. They lost some items. When we had the first load delivered they didn't put our things back together. They left our couches with wrapping still on and tables not put back together. Items were scratched, and pieces still missing. My wife and I have a lot of clothes. They put all of our hanging items in garment boxes, but instead of hanging they just stuffed them in the boxes all rolled up. Then they charged us again to fix what they didn't do the first time. Please, if you value your personal belongings don't use them. The guys in the front office say all the right things but it's all bs. I wish I read their reviews before I used them. I had a scheduled move on 05/24. All that was being moved was 12 boxes and 6 pieces of furniture: a couch already disassembled, tv stand, dresser, full size bed frame and two mattresses. We had everything in one big pile in the living room neatly stacked and ready to go so no time was wasted. When scheduling the move I opted out of coverage for my items because it was nothing I was worried about. The apartment we were moving out of was on the first floor 10 steps from where they would park the truck to load. The place we were moving to was only 15 minutes away. I had the movers Darion and Pat. I scheduled 2 hours all they needed to do was take the stuff I had ready to go and put it in the truck. They arrived at 9 AM. Darion immediately after we signed the forms was on the phone talking about girls with whomever. The entire move he was on the phone showing videos and things to Pat delaying and wasting time. They took it upon themselves although we opted out of coverage to wrap 6 pieces of furniture. They took 2 hours to wrap the furniture and did not move one thing onto the truck until 11:15 AM. We ended up moving the boxes and helping them bring things to the truck to speed up the process. These workers were the slowest I've ever seen it was completely frustrating to watch. They ended taking EVEN LONGER unloading. The apartment we moved into again 10 steps to the entrance Of the building to get to the elevator to our floor. No one but us was using this elevator. These people from what should've only taken 2 hours they charged me 5 hours, $110 packaging materials, $150 travel time, $150 fuel for a 15 minute ride. My total went from $400 to $1,100. When expressing my frustration the operation manager Nick he was completely rude, dismissive and condescending. If the calls are recorded please someone hirer up listen to it. Nick only initially offered me $150 off my total and said you can either take it or we are done with this conversation. The movers, this company, the employees are all ruthless. I am so stressed and overwhelmed with the experience I had. I am submitting a complaint to Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau. And since the manager Nick said I can't speak to anyone but him he's the only "hirer up I can speak to" then I will find a way to reach the CEO since that's all he said I could try. All Nick offered me at the end was $200 off my total. Which does no difference to the over charge I was priced. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!!! Although the movers were nice and professional, the estimate was for 350 USD to locally move a LARGE China hutch, two chairs and a sizable dresser. At the end I paid 508 dollars to have 2 guys drive and deliver it 25-30 minutes down the road. Ridiculous but true, I was charged 50 USD for shrink wrap and 30 USD for tape! The movers were cool and worked pretty fast, but it's the business model that upset me. They charged 66 dollars for gas and 139 bucks to drive the truck from their last job and then back to their headquarters. I didn't do my homework and took the first best appraisal. Next time I'll know better. I still tipped the hardest working people in the company, not their fault. Shop around...... read more

During the move none of my items were properly protected despite me calling before hand to ensure they would be protecting them and I did not need to go purchase tarps/tv boxes/ect. After the move the movers admitted they broke items and said their manager would replace them which I was very understanding of. None of my items were protected. The 55inch TV was completely broken. My dresser damaged. My dining table scratched. After calling customer service for help I was told there was no manager I could speak to and when I did finally get the manager (Mathew) he cussed at me and called me a scammer. Very unprofessional. Oh Lord where do I begin...well my first phone interaction with All My Sons was for a quote to move me from Palm Coast to Holly Hill Marina Grande condominiums in March! After hearing all their promises and giving them a detailed inventory of what I was moving, I was told the entire process should take 6- 8 hours. Well then when I called back to confirm my March 13th move date Joseph said I needed 5/6 movers vs the original 4 and maybe another truck plus raising my move price to over $3000. I told him to cancel the whole deal....but it was too late to find another mover so I called back and got Matthew who said I only needed 4 guys and 1 large truck and total cost should stay well under $3000!! Now keep in mind I have already boxed up all our books & and moved ALL our pictures to the condo( we closed on 28 Feb) plus all mine & my wife's hanging clothes we moved also. I had wrapped and boxed up all our breakables, so their was very little for them to box(we had also 90% cleared the kitchen and moved that ourselves)!! So what did they move u ask: 1 sofa, 1 recliner, 1 oversized chair & ottoman, 1 three piece tv wall unit, 2 two piece dining room hutches, 1 77" sony tv, 1 58" sony tv, 1 42" tv, 3 bluray players, 1 king tempurpedic mattress & 2 adjustable bases, 2 dressers, 1 king sleigh bed( I disassembled), 2 floor lamps. We had 8 to 10 packed boxes in our garage, 2 bicycles, 1 2 drawer file chest, 1 large trunk, 1 three piece wall divider & not much more!! Moving day they show up @ 10:15(45 mins late) with 1 very good foreman, his good assistant and 2 guys only 3/4 days on the job!! At 6 pm( yes 7 hours & 45 mins later) they were finished and I had previously told Matthew & Joseph the condo only allowed moving in from 8:30-4:00 pm!! So they took all my stuff on the truck back to Orlando. The next morning I met them with my stuff at a storage unit and the did a great job offloading just storage stuff; then reloading the stuff to go to the condo in a record of 1 hour...wow. They arrived at my condo and assessed the only entrance movers could use, & took the elevator to the 19th floor to check out my condo and the freight elevator, and thus the move began. In less than a hour the property manager emailed me about numerous complaints of my movers. Leaving the door propped open, stacking my stuff in the main entrance hallway, hitting the corners of walls in the main lobby with my stuff!!! Well after starting at 11am or so they finished around 5:15!!! Now the really bad news...I had to pay $3080.78 the day before and then was told I had to pay an additional $1529.78 at the condo!! My quoted under $3000 move cost me $4610.56.. holy cow; meanwhile before I paid the second payment, I was on the phone with Matthew and he said once I paid the second payment he could close out my move & probably decrease the price to around $3500 sending me a credit/refund of approx $1100. I called back the next day about reconciling my account and both Joseph & Matthew were off....This guy said they had already discounted my move all they could so no luck!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS & LIARS TO MOVE YOU ANYWHERE...RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS...next I will file a complaint with Orlando BBB....tough lesson!! read more

I'm reading the other reviews and it's surprising how many don't get past the quoting/scheduling phase. Which you would think would be a major concern for loss of revenue for the company if their front end customer service stops someone from actually using All My Sons for a move. And I'm in that same bucket. I called and booked a move, went through everything that I needed to move, some of the trickier items (ie. heavy Peloton tread, electric sectional, 2 story home, etc) and received a quote and paid the deposit. I get a text an hour later to call because I needed to "verbally" confirm the move. I called and the person started asking for everything to be repeated as she had zero information from my previous call (even though they already deducted their deposit!). I expressed my concern that she didn't have the right time correct, didn't even have my addresses (to and from), it was only for packing and not moving, and the only item was a Peloton - and she started to give me a new price quote. When I tried to explain everything that was already communicated and questioned why she didn't have any information, she stated the following....and I quote: "I believe we are not a good fit for your move so I'm cancelling your request". And click! I wasn't even able to ask about my refund! Her name btw: Nicole. I've filed with the BBB but I would urge anyone trying to use All My Sons - if scheduling a move is this difficult - imagine what the move will be like. read more
