I take full responsibility for that and truly respect everyone's time. That said, when I arrived, I felt that my wax specialist's demeanor was noticeably rushed and cold compared to my past visits. She let me know she wouldn't be able to complete all of the services due to my lateness, which I understood. I was then passed to another specialist who ended up being great and very kind. What stood out to me was the difference in energy...during my service things felt tense and short, yet I could hear her being very giddy and talkative with her next client. It just made me feel a bit uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially since I already felt bad about being late. I've had many good experiences here over the years, so this was just an unfortunate first negative one. I believe in accountability, but I also value professionalism and kindness, even when things don't go perfectly. I hope this was just an off day.
