This spot was really cool! The staff were probably the best part of the experience. Very friendly and kind. Clearly a neighborhood establishment. I had an oat matcha and it was tasty. It was a nice spot to do a little work and hang out for a bit. They have a large outdoor area that's mostly covered when it's nicer and less windy too.

A great spot to enjoy coffee!

The coffee is delicious. The staff is very friendly. It's a very cute, trendy place to hang out with an adorable patio.

Great coffee (they also have every milk/plant milk option imaginable), nice selection of pastries, cozy counter/two-top indoors for seating, some outdoor covered seating, and very friendly staff. If I lived nearby I would hit it up more often. It has that quintessential neighborhoody, where-everyone-knows-your-name vibe.

What a lovely neighborhood coffee shop with excellent coffee.. i stopped by and tried their Orange Kissed Mocha and thats all I needed to get through my day.. i was at first apprehensive of orange peel interfering with my dark chocolate but boy was I wrong.. perfect tinge of orange with just about right amount of chocolate what makes this my fav drink here.. i regret not stopping by earlier but now I will be coming back for more regularly! Folks in the neighborhood give these guys a try and you will not regret it at all.. Cant wait to try all the other varieties you have to offer.. see you soon!

I don't know how I went so long without trying this place out! After I did, I went twice within a week. Luckily, I don't depend on coffee to function, but sometimes I crave a coffee drink just for the taste. So many options sound good to me, and it's nice I can get it decaf for an afternoon coffee. I haven't tried their regular offerings yet, as their Autumn Specials sounded too tasty to pass up: - Oversized Sweater: The honey overpowered the gingerbread in my opinion. I was hoping for something reminiscent of Starbucks gingerbread latte, but I did not taste much gingerbread. My boyfriend liked this as it wasn't too sweet. - Game Nights: This was good and the hint of orange was perfect! - Social Distancing: No coffee in this one - just chai plus apple cider. Perfect for fall. Service was very friendly both times. I just wished they mentioned/reminded about their punch cards to help me remember to get it punched! ***** My Star Ratings: 1 Star - Terrible. Just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars - Meh. Unlikely for me to return. 3 Stars - OK. Open to coming back, but wouldn't go out of my way to. 4 Stars - Yummy! Will definitely return if I haven't already. 5 Stars - AMAZING!!! Would plan my day or even a trip around eating here.

Really enjoyed walking here while I was staying in the neighborhood. Had a couple of different coffees and a breakfast sandwich. All of the items were great. The people working there are really nice and engaging. They have pretty cool art on the walls too.

Cute little cafe! The baristas/cashiers are friendly and they have a bunch of specialty offerings on their menu. Lattes, blended drinks, and smoothies too. They even gave food like breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches. I ordered the caramel/lavender latte one morning. The marigold latte also sounded good and I want to try that next time. My latte was not bad - I didnt really detect a lavender flavor. The name of the cafe kind of confuses me - I expected a larger space with more seating that would be good for working/studying. They actually have three desktop computers and then a few small tables (maybe three?) that you could work on. And then they have seats in the outdoor patio area, but it's not really conducive to working there either. They do offer a texting service for ordering your coffee. Though I haven't tried it, it seems convenient if you know what you want. You text your order and then it should be ready for you to pick up when you arrive!

Came here for a date after passing it numerous times bumping around downtown…read more I've always pegged this place as sort of a more local Dave & Busters and it sort of is on a smaller scale. Food, drinks and of course a bunch of games to play. Difference here is they seem to host ESports and other games beyond arcade games which is cool. This particular visit was kind of like a Classic play some games and laugh along the way rather than expect to find gem games of days gone by or even present. There is a good assortment of light gun, classic fighters and of course DDR which they were real generous with - 6 credits on a swipe which is like 9 song/sets! There is a bar but it's kind of basic compared to the afformentioned Dave & Busters, which makes that part of their identity. Also the person selling me the game card was fast on talk, and slow on the explanation of how things work which could've been better. It was nearing close so I wasn't going go through the whole rundown. Fun time here if you're looking for something to do in the area, but a Barcade or Dave & Busters will do the job all the same.

I hadn't been to GameWorks for a couple of decades when I went last week for a relative's birthday…read more He is really into video games and enjoyed Dance Dance Revolution (DDR) along with the driving games where you can race against your friends/family members. So, I am glad he had a good time. But I don't think I will go back to GameWorks in the future, even for special events. First, the loud noise and flashing lights made me feel like I was in a casino for kids. Something creepy about the vibe there. Second, there was no real air conditioning on a hot summer day, just these mobile a/c fans that blew cold air and were quite loud, adding to an already noisy place. Third, the games were very expensive. You have to buy a card for game credits and swipe that card whenever you play a game. We calculated later that it was cost us $1.60-2.30 PER GAME. That is including vintage games like Frogger and Ms. Pacman and other games like Operation, Skeeball, and driving games that only give you one life. Growing up in the 70s and 80s, I went to A LOT of arcades as a kid and teen. I don't expect places to be like the arcades I went to back then, but I do expect a fair and decent exchange for my money for the experience of playing a video game. Three lives/tries per fee is a fair exchange. GameWorks is nothing like that, and for that reason, along with others I've given here, I won't be back.

I pulled out, drove ten feet, and noticed BCCH. Easy peasy. The coffee was well made, had lots of good flavor, and was just hot enough. The service was friendly. It kind of cracked me up for some reason to hear the barista say she was glad to be almost done with her shift 'cause she had to go do homework. Maybe because I would feel old if I didn't think it was funny. She made good coffee and didn't overly hustle the tip. Another solidly run little coffee spot. Thank goodness for these. I booked the room for my birthday party, and they didn't charge extra for it. They even stayed open longer until we were done. Absolute great place, great people, and my new hide away!
