The owner and instructor (Charlotte) is fantastic and very personable. Flow yoga is primarily what they focus on and I definitely got my sweat and stretch on. There was calming music (which I loved) and the hour class ended with a great relaxation period (was not rushed at all, unlike other studios I have gone to). I was looking for some variety in poses and more focus on meditation and this place covered both!

Parking is free and plentiful in the lot in front of the studio. I'm new to Athens, and after trying yoga on and off at many studios over the years, I am happy to have found KIS Yoga.
