The emphasis is on proper body posture, alignment, flexibility, coordination, symmetry and balance. Yet the workout is not regimented, but fun and relaxing. You can choose private instruction, which is pricey but tailored to your individual schedule, preferences and abilities, or for a more cost effective alternative Havala will pair you up with one or two other clients for a scheduled class. The studio is conveniently located and has a soothing ambience. Parking on the street is easy and inexpensive. It is very close to Capital Lake and I often enjoy a walk or run around the lake after class to round out my workout.

But I think the thing that really amazes me is how she is able to work with me as an individual and with my small group personal training sessions and still manage to keep everybody's individual needs, limitations and goals in the forefront of her mind. And she does it with an absolutely encouraging, positive attitude that never wavers. I am 55 years old and the strongest I've ever been in my life. I feel proud of that and I feel so deeply grateful to Lily for making it possible. I could not have done it without her. I should also add that the gym itself feels so supportive and inclusive. He had modifications for many of poses, as he could see my muscles are rather tight and I could not move as far as other people in the class. The heat was at a nice level--warm but not hot. This is not a studio for you if you are looking for hot (sweating) yoga or "power" yoga of any type. But if you are looking for a caring instructor with a lot of knowledge and experience, try Oly Yoga.
