I've been a member of GMCF now for several months and have been extremely impressed; there are multiple classes per day, and they go out of the way to make you feel welcome, even if you've never worked out before. Rebecca and Chris are amazing coaches and have helped enrich my life through this form of exercise. I can't recommend them highly enough. Note: The gym is located at the rear of a rather unassuming complex of small buildings. Until they add more signage, be sure to check the location on your mapping program and follow the directions to find them!

First, the obvious: this is a small gym. Ok, tiny. It is located in a strip mall, and is about the size of a two-car garage, but stretched narrowly. However, the space was efficiently laid out, and had all the necessary equipment for the number of people it could comfortable host. The seminar was very reasonably priced and expertly staffed. I'm a former competitive gymnast myself, with three years of CrossFit under my belt, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn some new coaching cues and even a new trick of my own! Whether this is meant to be a satellite version of Woodward, or a stand alone, it appears to be successful. WWII would be a great place to work out with a small community of supportive folks. They occasionally have free workouts, I would just remind folks to actively seek out modifications/scaling since they can be pretty tough. Ps. I was ecstatic about the brand-new equipment, hydromassage and red-light therapy amenities, and multiple stories. They even have the uncommon 7.5 , 12, and 17.5 pound dumbbells, which I put to great use. All the staff members are so friendly, there is always someone greeting and saying goodbye at the front desk. Many of my coworkers are also members of this gym and have great things to say about this location. There were some issues during my time there including having trouble finding parking, classes filling up quickly, not being able to connect to Bluetooth in the red-light therapy beds as well as the fans not working inside the hot bed, hitting my shins on the bathroom door since the space in between the toilet and swinging door is minuscule, and corporate not being responsive in adding this location to my employer's discount program. If you are able to look beyond these minor issues, this gym is a great gym for any and everybody to get a cardio and/or strength training workout in using their vast selection state-of-the-art equipment and machines. I only left this gym because I moved into central Austin and was very disappointed to learn they did not have a Crunch location near my new home.

That is only for the person who is in the military". I guess he is not educated on what a "military family discount" is.
