Sarah is an exceptional teacher - laser-focused and hyper-aware of everything going on. She knows if you're breathing, your scapula is up or your pelvic floor isn't engaged. She is ON IT. Sometimes the classes feel almost too subtle but then the next day I'm aware of muscles I didn't know I had. I absolutely love this place. Great vibes. Fantastic instructors. Fair pricing.
