I've improved not only my strength, but also my balance, stamina, and eating habits. When I started working with Sondra I had just finished my 3rd round of chemo. I had had breast cancer and several years later, uterine cancer. My diet had gotten really out of whack and I had gained about thirty pounds. In addition, my balance was terrible and I fell all the time. I had spent so much time in bed that I had very little strength or stamina. Our first year together was hard and I didn't always look forward to training. But I liked Sondra and actually began to enjoy our workouts! At first, I wasn't used to being challenged that way and I had gotten lazy. But something in me wanted to get stronger and fitter. I wanted her to be proud of me. I missed some workouts, but I kept at it. Today I'm not the same person. I look forward to workouts, and because Sondra is so knowledgeable, she knows how to keep me engaged. And again now a year later, They continue to randomly charge me even though I have no business relationship with them. I am tired of having to call the bank to have them reverse charges. There is plenty of staff available to assist if needed. They have a stretching section with big mats pre-arranged on the floor and ample foam rollers-really cool! My least favorite thing-they have spray and paper towels for cleaning, which is old school to me compared to wipes. Also, if you want your locker locked in the locker room, make sure to bring a lock! I then Got a email in December stating I needed to update my my payment info, I called to speak to someone one over the and was told my account was still active and I couldn't cancel my member ship over the phone it would have to be in person. I told them to check the cameras cause I for sure was in there to cancel and was told the cameras don't go back that far I told them I no longer lived in Texas. They told me there's nothing they could do and to try to email some guy who they said was the owner. I sent a 4 emails and never got a reply. It's February and I just got a call from a debt collector saying I owe 260. What a fucking scam of a business. Definitely will be hearing from my lawyer.
