I had had breast cancer and several years later, uterine cancer. My diet had gotten really out of whack and I had gained about thirty pounds. And again now a year later, They continue to randomly charge me even though I have no business relationship with them. I am tired of having to call the bank to have them reverse charges. I told them to check the cameras cause I for sure was in there to cancel and was told the cameras don't go back that far I told them I no longer lived in Texas. They told me there's nothing they could do and to try to email some guy who they said was the owner. I sent a 4 emails and never got a reply. Listen, I get it, we're in Texas, but this is a yoga studio. Can we just put the brakes on being obnoxious about you being a Trump supporter? He then proceeded to talk about his views and how his whole family was surprised that he "married a Chinese woman" because nobody else in his family would ever mix with a Chinese person. So, I'll just leave that there. On the actual operational side, I went in to see how my daughter was doing. She was the only kid there who had never done aerial yoga before, so some attention to help her would've been nice. Not only did the instructor not give her extra help when she was clearly struggling, but she ignored her to focus on the other girls who already knew how to do everything. My daughter left crying.
