I can't speak to the quality of it but I can say that they have some very sleazy sales practices. First of all, they tried to lock me into purchasing a year's worth of coaching in advance; looks like they don't allow going session by session for no adequately explained reason. They tried to frame it as "a commitment and investment that I'm making" Despite this, I was still intrigued so I told the guy in the sales call that I'll need some time to look at my finances, and he wouldn't allow it. He kept me on the call and repeatedly insisted that "if I really wanted this, finances wouldn't be an issue". Used a lot of other clearly canned sales lines and gimmicks. He called it "holding me accountable". I can't speak to the quality Sasquatch's coaching itself, but it's hard to trust that they are approaching things with my best interest at heart when they are clearly just trying to sell me something. I ended up getting nutrition coaching elsewhere.

This is coupled with free equipment rentals for old members so even those who are unable to continue their membership dont miss their exercise. That is what a great small business and spirit is all about. Cannot wait for COVID to be over so I can get back to working out inside the gym again.

More importantly, it helps strengthen the core muscles, increase the steadiness and endurability. All coaches are execellent and friendly. They will guide you through the whole courses and motivate you to push your limit. If you really need more rest between sets, don't worries, they won't beat you. As for the late arrival, I had it three times even though Coach Nick did give me a friendly reminder to not come late at the first time. I was used to blame it on the bad traffic after work. For coaches, I think it's probably fine to allow people to get in if it's like 2-3 mins late, especially for the new bies who may not know the traffic condition at a specific time. Go F45 Redmond!

I love that in 1 hour, I get an amazing workout of both cardio and strength training. It's so efficient and it's all coach led so I don't have to think about what to do next. I really like how every workout is different (hard to get bored!) and each time I go, what I do for the cardio side compliments what I do in the strength portion of things. I know I've gotten considerably stronger, healthier and happier since I've been going to OTF again regularly. I am not a skinny-minny but I definitely feel much more confident in my body because of my workouts Plus, it's a fun community where I've made friends and found support in my health journey. They always do a free trial so always worth a try! Plus there's Orange Theory studios in most places so when I'm traveling, I've been able to pop into other locations fairly easily and know what's going on during the workouts.

"Coach Chelsea" or whoever is calling and constantly texting has been told to stop and she won't let up. She leaves incredibly weird texts and they DO NOT STOP hassling you. I've told them politely to stop calling and texting and they wont. I told them I would report them, and she still hasn't stopped. If people don't want to do your program, they don't want to do it. I don't get how they think it's okay to just harrass people into joining.

They have been open for just one week and were generating a lot of interest for personal training. I met with the owner/trainer, Chris Meredith and he gave me the overview and philosophy for his business. It's a very positive focus on assisting clients to attain their individual fitness goals in a peaceful, beautiful setting. He tailors his training to his client's individual needs and tastes from encouraging them to really "bringing it" and challenging them to blast past their own barriers to a new fitness level. His website is still under construction, but don't let that prevent you from making contact and giving this new personal training studio a try.
