So many days I didn't feel like training but then started working out with friends and all of a sudden, it's like you're playing a game. Unfortunately, the customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Weeks in advance, I emailed management to book a spot for our large group. I was explicitly told via email that they don't take appointments and that it was first-come, first-served. Yet, when we arrived in the morning, the front desk staff was highly reluctant to let us in. They claimed a birthday party was starting around noon and told us we could only stay for 1.5 hours--even though I was paying full price for All-Day passes. When the staff member claimed this rule was clearly stated on their website, I asked her to show me. She couldn't find it. Instead, she dug up an outdated physical document that mentioned a 90-minute limit, but it listed a $25 price point rather than the current $30 rate posted online. It was obvious she was using old, irrelevant policy documents just to justify kicking us out early. Great facility, but the staff's dishonesty and poor attitude ruined what should have been a seamless celebration.
