I asked for the length to be basically 1" and a Brazillian on her girly bits. What she got was a hack job and was still partially dirty. Her white chest is splotchy gray and girly bits are yellowed. I wash her myself, so I know for a fact she is white furred in both those areas. It cost $65 before tip. The owner was condescending, when I spoke with her. She kept saying "Well, I'd have to see it." Because, evidently, my word isn't enough. I even told her I could send pictures, but she kept over talking me.

Poor staff communication. At both locations (Peoria and new EP) I was told something over the…read morephone. Only to come in, speak to the manager, who told me something completely different. Both times resulted in my dog unable to participate in day care or boarding and wasted time. Management needs to communicate and train their staff regarding rules, regulation, policies, etc. In regard to the Peoria location, I suppose the day care is alright and the facilities do seem nice and clean. At the end of the day, my dog hasn't seemed as tired (like she has before at another facility) but at least it's socialization and a change in environment. These locations just happen to be closer and useful when my other facility is full. I like the ability to see the live feed but most times I don't see the staff interacting with the dogs. With the new EP location, I'll give them the benefit of being new and continue to give it a few more shots. At my other facility, the staff is friendlier and more knowledgeable, and my dog seems pooped after a day in daycare. But I'm hopeful CBW will work out to be like that too as we all want what's best for our four-legged family.

Unfortunately, he had cancer throughout his body and couldn't be saved. It was a horrible day, but I can't say enough about the kind, compassionate treatment of Dr. Dawson and her staff. They keep us informed on all the tests and gave us all the options. It was very late in the day and past closing time, but they allowed three of my kids and my wife to say goodbye to Dallas on FaceTime. Everyone in the clinic was so kind. They will be our new vet, hands down. I can't thank them enough. You can tell everyone there loves animals...and understands we love our pets. Thank you Mt Hawley!
