I like that they offer a 10-day punch card for daycare as well. They also have grooming services by appointment, and all day care, boarding, and grooming appointments can be made from their mobile app. There isn't a live camera to watch the dogs play, but the staff are really good about posting pictures on their Facebook page of all the dogs playing. Not only did I waste a lot of money, but the experience was ultimately traumatic for both of us. In January, I was told that Oakley needed to be taken out of group play every hour and a half for a "time out" because she was "too much." Instead of getting the full day of daycare I was paying for, she was essentially being boarded for half the day. I gave it a shot, hoping they knew what they were doing, but within a week it was clear it wasn't working. I requested a refund and was denied. Trying to use up the rest of the daycare package I had already paid for, we continued--until February, when Oakley was attacked by another dog while playing with a different one. The story about what happened changed multiple times. Laurie and Tim, the owners, couldn't keep their lies straight. First, they blamed "the energy in the room," then shifted to blaming Oakley for being "too intense," and eventually, they banned my dog--the victim--from Camp Bow Wow. Let's be real, Laurie: Brittany is banned, not Oakley. Laurie even claimed she had reviewed the footage "second by second" and still couldn't tell what happened to Oakley. The very first time I watched the footage, it was immediately clear what happened--Oakley was targeted and attacked. Either Laurie didn't watch it, or she didn't want to admit the truth. To make me go away, they eventually refunded the remainder of my package and covered Oakley's medical expenses. I seriously considered filing a civil suit because of the dishonesty and lack of accountability--but unfortunately, dogs don't have legal rights the same way people do. The lack of transparency, the shifting narratives, and the outright fabrications from management make this place unsafe, unethical, and unworthy of your trust. If you value your dog's safety and your peace of mind, stay far away from Camp Bow Wow.

Occasionally I've worked from home in my downstairs office, and I hear them come in. Not only are they extremely kind and seem genuinely happy to be seeing your pet, but they give my dog some good exercise. I'll come upstairs after work to see my pup asleep and happy. I'll be using them for many more years as long as they keep providing good service! I recommend the walking service to working folks with pets who are home alone all day because it breaks the day up nicely for them.

I paid $50 for a bath, ear clean and nail trim. The nail trim is normally $21. They were great about reminders and letting me know how things were progressing and when she would be ready. My dog smelled incredible was not freaked out and 4 days later is still the best smelling thing in the house.

The owner has posted that there is a stomach bug going around the daycare, causing many of the dogs to be sick. Little do people know, she is covering up the real reason why the dogs are falling ill. This business uses toxic chemicals to clean their daycare as I saw an employee spraying bleach right where the dogs walk around. This is causing the dogs to vomit yellow bile. If your dog has experienced this recently after a visit, I suggest taking it to the vet. Additionally, she does not have enough staff for the amount of dogs she is admitting to daycare. She needs to decrease the daily limit, but do not believe she will do so due to losing money for her business.

What I love about their model is that you get assigned an animal sitter which I prefer so that our cats get comfortable and familiar with one person. Obviously if they are unavailable, Fetch can arrange for a back up. Our cat sitter was Paulette and she was warm and wonderful to our two cats! She would send photos during each visit which gave us piece of mind. She would come twice a day, usually for 30 minute visits. And she was always ready to care for our furbabies on short notice. I highly recommend Fetch and Paulette for peace of mind when you have to go away! Billing is done monthly and you can add a tip if you are short on cash before going away.
