This store usually has what I need regarding cat food and litter. I would be remiss at not mentioning that the staff is always helpful.

The store is okay, but the Betta fish are not well cared for. My fiancée went to this store to buy food for bottom feeders and Betta fish. When she walked by the Betta section, she felt very sad. The fish are kept in bad conditions. They have nowhere to hide or play, just a small cup of water. It's clear that the store does not care about the Betta fish. The last time I gave this store a bad review, a manager had asked me to call the store and explain. I will NOT be doing that again. Because when I called them, they sounded like they were not sober and didn't understand what I was saying. I ended the call quickly because I knew they would not help at all. Do better. read more

Great store- enormous selection. Found loads of chew treats for my dogs. Easy to park.

They will have stuff in a bin marked as $5 clearance and then it rings up wrong and even after I mentioned they were all $5 it was ignored.

Nicest PSP I've been to. Very clean and it looks like someone like me, with OCD, is keeping the shelves stocked and super neat. Associates are always readily available, and friendly/loving towards my pup! PSP is the place to go for pet owners that want the best products for them; they have very high quality brands you cannot get elsewhere, thanks to their high standards. I used to bring my puppy here for nail trimming. At first it was ok then I noticed the lady was rude and always in a rush. My dog would cry when she cut his nails. We go somewhere else now and it is a much better experience. read more

VIP Pet Care at the Bridgeville store is a a great place to take your pet. During the pandemic it was hard to get an appointment with out regular vet and even now their availability is limited. When I took our cat VIP Pet Care the staff were very knowledgeable and handled our scared wild kitty as gently as they could. Before our dog passed away we took him there for his regular vaccinations. I highly recommend VIP Pet Care. I just wish they had more hours at the Bridgeville location. read more

My dog loves going there for several reasons. Of course the treats & attention. However, I love the grooming area. The girls are all so nice. Today, we went for a spa day and got his ears/nails/teeth done. However my dog was over dramatic and (Abby) was very patient with him. And he got a bandana and cologne. Was just at this store buying supplies, and witnessed the groomer being so mean to the dog that she was grooming. She was yelling at the dog, and pulling and jerking the dog around. I would never take my dog there to be groomed. read more

We have a 2 yr old goldendoodle and we went to this store to get her groomed, just to see how it was because it was cheaper than our normal groomer. They cut her fur when it was still wet, so they couldn't see how much they cut off. They dried and then saw that they made her look like a skeleton dog. She looks horrible and it was not what we asked for. The groomer there just said "sorry." Definitely do not recommend. read more

Hope that they can educate their staff as a whole about husbandry and habitat needs. Purchased a sick reptile here and had to return him to receive vet care through their company. Very sad about the entire experience and lack of knowledge from most of the staff. Had a pleasant associate and cashier experience when I was first there. Yet upon returning him I received annoyance and judgement while trying to do the right thing for the animal. I hope he makes it. Save your money and get your pet through a reputable breeder or rescue instead of a big box company. read more

I love this store. They carry a great selection of cat foods and treats at good prices. I like the fact that they help shelters find homes for kitties in the few adoption cages. Currently have a sweet FIV + kitty available. Thank you for helping educate people about this being a "non-issue" and advocating for kitties with this condition. Great service today at the groomers. I brought both my dogs who can be a little crazy. They got them both done in about an hour and a half. They feel and smell great. Both groomers were very accommodating and I told them my one dog doesn't do well with other dogs, so when I picked them up she told a customer that my one dog was a little skittish of other dogs. They were both so great with my dogs. I will be back! read more

These groomers are mean too the dogs i have watched threw the front window they dhould be fired. I liked the 2 groomers you had a couple of years ago i think they were maria and kim. Kim groomed my st Bernsrd and st.poodle she did a fantastic job my dogs never looked so good we slso had our dsughter bring her 2 cats and they looked beautiful too.i wish you would bring her back i cant find anyone who grooms like her. read more

I went to this store to shop and have my pet groomed. I asked one of the staff how the self-service wash works. She explained I need to pay first and get towels . I went to the cashier to pay. The cashier told me that I should not have washed my dog before paying. I told her that I have not washed my dog yet and she said that's not what she heard. I paid and got towels and started to wash. The manager came to me while I was washing my dog and said I should know that I should not wash before paying. I told her that I paid first but she kept looking at me. I got the receipt out of my purse with my wet hands and showed her. She looked and left without any comment or apologizing. I got to the cashier to pay for some items before leaving and the lady at cashier asked me again if I had paid for washing my dog. I felt humiliated and found thier behaviour insulting . There were only few customers in the store and not that busy to think it's possible to make such mistake three times. The manager came at the end when I said I was not happy and she just stared at me and turned her back. I would never go to that place again. read more

This is as close to zero as it gets. Scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog--he's been groomed there before without incident and I might add groomer tipped generously. Appointment was for 9/19/17. When I arrived after the store made the appointment for me I was told THEY DO NOT GROOM OLDER DOGS!!!!!--dogs over 12 years old. My dog is a very healthy senior according to his vet tests and checks. No debilitating conditions. Nor did I ever have a squabble with the store. When appointment was made I was not informed nor was there a notice in the store about the age limit. Manager confirmed the rule. WHAT GOES??????? I called another grooming salon--given an A rating on Angie's list--and salon said they've never heard of such a thing!! Thus, I wasted valuable time--and gas money--going to the store for the appointment. The store groomer and manager offered no apology and NO COMPENSATION!!!!!! read more
