I purchased the Groupon and called to make an appointment 2 days later. Please note - if you purchase a groupon you must call to make your appointment. Although you can book online for all of her services, you cannot book online if you're using the Groupon. The Spa is located in suite location. I believe Elaine works alone because the door was locked when I arrived just 10 minutes before my appointment time. Just give her a call when you're outside and she'll be right there if she's working with a client. From the outside it looks small but there were plenty of rooms inside. The Yoni Steam itself was AWESOME! Once I got comfortable and reflexed I fell asleep. That's awesome my measure of how good and relaxed I am during any massage or spa experience. The setting of the actual room and the Yoni seat was a little different than what I'm used to. Here the steaming bath or seat is placed against the wall. You sit on top and just rest your back against the wall. I'm used to more of a comfortable seating and actual chairs with backs and the yoni bath under me. According to Yelp, Contours was established in 2017. I can only imagine how nice of a spa this will be once she gets more established. I wanted to tone up to get ready for summer and I decided to go in to check out the body contouring services. When I arrived at the office I was greeted by the front desk women and she was very friendly and checked me in for my appointment. The waiting room is very cute with soft music playing. After waiting for about 5 minutes, the representative brought me in the back to explain the procedure and get me ready for the first treatment. I went with the BTL service which is a mix of radio frequency and ultrasound. It all was very quick and easy and took less than 1 hour to complete. As they are performing the service it's a little warm on the skin and the pressure is nice. We did some before and after pictures and I was stunned. I feel a lot more comfortable and I think it's led to an overall great perception of myself and had positive effects on my diet as well. All in all I did about 3 treatments to get where I wanted to be. I know everyone is different.
