I have never been so disappointed in service in my life, I was interested in finding out about heat Cavitation so some one recommended this place. I called maybe 6 times left messages no one answered or responded, finally I checked on IG and some one reached out which should have been a red flag to me. So I made a appt via Ig the girl who helped me was cool so I said I'll come back. When I tried to make the session appt the exact same thing again no one answers the phone and the only respond Via Ig so the person I am speaking to on Ig give me the info to make the appt I cash app the money and never heard any thing back from any one about getting my deposit. BE PREPARED! I started my post op massages here and both Mona And Priscila were ok. But they have the dumbest most insensitive cancellation policy. The first time I missed my appt because a work meeting ran late. When I called to apologize and reschedule they said they forfeited half of my deposit ($50) I thought that was a bit cruel but I let it go. The second time I cancelled 24 hrs in advance because of a family emergency and they had the audacity to say: Not only are we keeping the rest of your deposit but you can't come anymore because after 2 cancelations we don't want to be our client anymore LMAOO LIKE WTFFF??? Mind you, Priscila cancelled ON ME once on the same day because she was sick. I didn't make a big deal, I'm human and I understand. The last time I was there, my appt was at 12:15 and they didn't start me until 12:35. They left me waiting naked on the table while I heard them laughing and talking in the other room. I went to Hourglass Divas Medspa multiple times. Joanne did Microblading on my eyebrows twice and I had a couple of fill ins also. The last time she did my eyebrows, she told me she used a new technique. She extended my eyebrows out, which looked good for a short time until the color started going away. There's a gap between my eyebrows and the extended area. Looks horrible. I went to someone else to try to get rid of the micro blade strokes over my eyebrows. They have to sand the skin to try to remove. One time barely did anything. After the procedure I was given post op instructions. Most of them were not written down. Very unprofessional!! Sadly the customer service level is just not there! I called and the person that answered the phone had an attitude. My concern is that the new location is NOT posted on their IG account AS RECENTLY Moved. I visited the new location back in March after the opening picture was posted. To my surprised it was closed with a coming soon sign... As a customer-- just confusing!!! So today I looked at their IG and didnt see we are open in Linden!! Sooo I decided to go to Union after calling multiple times!! The voice mail doesn't have the new address???? Why not???? This is a basic business move. Google has the wrong location which might be out of their control but they can control the rest. The OWNERwas there when I walked into the Linden office and she lacks C/S. First, I just wanted to see the Fajas and with a dry face "do you have an appt? I responded no... she asked what size and said I will be back... what happened to basic human greeting!!! (smile, hello, what can I do for you?, how did you hear about us?, Take a brochure..., we offer these services, etc...) A few minutes later comes out and showed me the only style she has. Drove two hours to be told two patients fresh out of surgery did not have an appointment which was scheduled through text (the business preferred method of contact) and that we should return another day. This business has a new partnership with a well respected surgeon and are prepaid for any patients sent to them (there's no other option) and likely turned us away for more money. These were post op treatments by the way. We were given an appointment 2 hours later after we mentioned we would be contacting the surgeon and I cant even explain the mess that followed. The business is in the cramped basement of Illusions hair spa and had no air conditioning or seating space. Receptionist asked who she spoke to over the phone and began berating one of the patients who were both in pain and in no shape for an argument. Owner was storming around asking for papers from the surgeon we were never told to bring. The receptionist then proceeded to have conversations with the owner and message therapists about how she was sorry they had to stay late and how we were WALK INS when we were given appointments THROUGH HER. Owner-Joanne Triguero, was told one patient didn't have some sort of paper work (irrelevant, their treatments were paid for) and kept walking into one patients room asking for the same paper over and over again. This went on the entire time I waited for their treatments to be over. These people just wanted to fight and two patients fresh out of surgery should not have had to deal with it. Although I'd normally fight back, I didn't want any aggression taken out on the patients. It wasn't worth it and I didn't even want them to get the treatments once these women began attacking them. We're contacting the surgeon and skipping on the second massage that is part of their package. We'll pay out of pocket at another establishment. Avoid at all costs. read more

This place needs better scheduling and be more professionalism in the field. I will never come here again. This place has to fix their internal issues. Very unprofessional workers talking bad about other workers and to the clients. Every communication is via text, no one ever available to answer phone calls and lack communication, clients get cancelled and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place. The massages done by Mona are great, shes very patient and friendly! Payments are preferred by debit/cash. Tips can be sent via Venmo or Cashapp so that's convenient. I have been following Hourglass for a while and decided to TRY to book a service with them. Getting an appointment is more work than it needs to be. You can call, you can leave a message, you can DM, you can text, and still to no avail. I cannot speak to their level of service at the location, because I couldn't find anyone to "grant" me an appointment for a PAID service. I have gotten a call back once and was told that they were working on figuring out their receptionist situation (insert shrug here), and when I got that callback, I thought it was one of my cousins just calling me to shoot the breeze. No level of professionalism. I do know someone who did manage to get an appointment (a male) and during his wait, the owner was going on and on about how she wouldn't get microblading because it leaves scar tissue- yet she provides that service. I know that this medspa has some of the most competitive prices in the area. But those prices do not come with competitive customer service. read more

They require you have to go in and pay a soncult fee for a "full body" evaluation for unknown services not even giving you a chance to consider whether it is service you want, need or have previously done. Honestly their communication skills are horrible. The owner of the place has the worse attitude and doesn't know how to do business. I scheduled for a certain therapist and NOBODY called me confirming that my therapist will be change and I don't feel comfortable with anyone else. so all my deposit is cancelled and I still had a credit Bc I paid it in full and I won't see that money again. I have been going to Hour Glass Diva for approx. 3 years now. They are amazing at what they do and have never steered me wrong. Ive personally used their butt lifting and contouring 3 three times, stomach twice, and arms once. Ive also used their detox therapy and clay skin tightening therapies. The girls instructed me to use my waist trainer, eat sensibly and avoid alcohol. They are not plastic surgeons nor do they portray to be. They provide a healthy non invasive alternative to all of that. If you listen to them and follow a regime you too will be satisfied with your results. read more
