She closed the store approximately 10 minutes early and turned us away without cause. Her attitude and actions made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I found my go to nail place. This place is under new management, and I have nothing but praises for this place. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the woman at the front desk. She directed me to where I could sit and wait and look at my color choices. There were so many color choices, and I had no problem finding what I wanted! I got a gel manicure and a spa Pedi. I was then directed to get my pedicure first, and was able to see the rest of the space. The place was very clean, including both areas where I had my Pedi and manicure done. The woman who worked on my toes was so professional and friendly. The spa pedi included more than other pedicures I've gotten at other places. My manicure was done by the new owner herself, Vi, and she was amazing. Vi was wonderful to talk to and I saw that she made sure to greet all her staff and all who came into the shop. She also took the time to get to know the customers coming in. She listened patiently to my ideas for my Halloween/fall nails and looked at some inspiration pictures I had. I wanted something spooky, cute, and quirky and she nailed it. I work with kids so it can't be anything super scary like blood. I got SO many compliments on my "ghosts and their boo-quets". My nails were absolutely perfect. Overall, my nails came out beautifully, the place is clean, the staff is professional, and the new owner Vi is incredibly talented. My friend and I just had our gel mani and pedi done today. Called last minute and was able to book an appointment. The receptionist was very friendly. The place was elegant and clean. Lots of colors to choose from. Nail tech (forgot her name) did a great job with my pedicure. No more pain! And the new owner, V did my gel manicure. She was awesome! I rate this Nail Salon four out of five stars only because of their appointment situation. Let me elaborate..... Because of Covid, Nail Lounge is only open Thursday to Saturday so no one picks up the phone Monday to Wednesday which leaves you to try to make a last minute appointment IF they have availability. I really wish they would use something like Vagaro so customers can make appointments online or the owner had a cell phone connected to the salon so she could pick up the phone during the off days. If you've never been here before and you're looking for a manicure, please see Alexis! She is amazing! Alexis has been doing my manicures for a few years now and she never disappoints. I do SNS and she still has the ability to make designs on my nails. She cares for the health of my nails and makes sure her work is nothing but perfection (see attached photos). I honestly couldn't recommend another manicurist!! FYI - You may go a little crazy trying to pick a nail polish color here because they probably have about 200 colors to choose from! Their wide selection is great as you have a variety of shades of each color, however, it can be overwhelming for some! read more

I love it here! There is always parking right outside. The staff is super friendly and the place is very, very clean. The prices are decent. Plenty of options and colors to choose from. This is the one place where my regular manicure just lasts forever. I also did the SNS once and it's as amazing as everyone says - great for if you have to go multiple weeks without visiting! You can pay by credit card and tip is cash but they have envelopes so you don't have to go finding your technician. They will just get it from you as you check out. Highly recommend it!!! read more

I really enjoyed my pedicure but I cant say the same for my nails. The top layer started peeling the next day and by day 4 , 3 nails are completely peeled off and the rest are chipped. They need to invest in a professional quality top coat. read more

Went here for pedicures with my daughter. The place is squeaky clean and beautiful. We were walk-ins and there was only a tiny wait. It was a very relaxing place to be. We were offered water or a hot beverage. One thing I noticed were all of the fan vacuums that suck all the dust and fumes out of the air so you don't have that nail salon chemical smell like in so many other places. I LOVE how organized all of the polishes are and was very happy with my and my daughter's pedicures. Highly recommend. read more

Came to do my lashes last Wednesday, and nail salon had a sign with special going on for gel mani and ped for Wed and Thursdays. I booked for the following Wednesday, which is today, Went to pay and check out person said she is not honoring special because owner stopped the special for this week. I asked check out lady why, i booked appointment based on special. She proceeded to say nothing can be done, i have to pay full price. I asked she contact owner so she can honor special. I don't think she did. I never got a call saying special was cancelled and gave me the option to cancel or proceed with appointment. This place is a SCAM! First and last time. This is my first time leaving a review, but I felt it was necessary. I used to be a customer and HUGE fan of this place and I have recommended this place to so many people, but things have changed. I used to get my SNS manicures there by the same nail technician, and my manicures would last 4-5 weeks. The last 3 times I got one from her, the polish would chip and my nails would break within 3 weeks. I don't know if the products they are using have changed, but I am not getting the same service as I used to. The other problem I now have is getting an appointment. I broke a nail and stopped in and was turned away by the owner to tell me "sorry we are completely booked". Seriously ????? You won't make a quick appointment for a long-standing customer to get a nail fixed ? I have NEVER in my life been turned away from a nail salon and the place is ALWAYS empty. The last time I went, the girl that did my pedicure took FOREVER, she did a horrible job and kept nicking me and she held up my manicure appointment and made me late for my next appointment. I asked the owner if I could come back later and was told "sorry, we are completely booked" again. Once again, the place was EMPTY. My final straw & last attempt .... I called for an appointment and was told "sorry, we are completely booked today & tomorrow". Seriously ? This place is NOT that busy, the problem is that they are under staffed, their technicians barely speak English and can't understand anything you say and they take FOREVER to do manicures & pedicures ... good luck getting out of there in less than 2 - 2.5 hours for a mani/pedi. Plus, every time I go in there, the staff is giving each other services. You call that busy ? You waste an entire day half of a day in there ! My last comment ... the owner is so arrogant, has ZERO personality, is not accommodating and is not nice or friendly at all. She has poor customer services skills ! Awful customer service. I have been a customer of this salon for 12+ months. It takes 3-4 weeks to even get on the calendar for an appointment. (Regular Fill) They have canceled on me FOUR times in the last 6 months. They call the day of the appointment with no apologies and ask you to wait an additional two weeks before they can "fit" you in. The receptionist is very nice and I feel bas as I am sure she receives an earful from unhappy customers. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed. I requested she call me the last two times my appointments were cancelled and she has not. She cannot even bother a courtesy call to a long time customer. I will NEVER go back. read more

The pedicure and gel manicure I received today was by far one of the best I've ever gotten. The nail technician's name was Emi. She is a perfectionist. She is very meticulous and takes her time making sure your nails look perfect! The only reason I am not leaving a 5 star review is because this place does not take walk ins. Appointments are a must. I can appreciate that from a business perspective. They want to make sure you as the client are getting the best and personalized service you can get. There is no rushing at this plAce. Very clean and orderly. I can clearly tell that the owner takes pride in her establishment and pays attention to the small details. Very impressed. read more

I came in for a 4:00 appointment for a gel mani and reg pedi. One other person was in the salon at the time. 3 others come in after me. I'm seated at the pedicure station as are the other 3 woman. Everyone else is getting their pedicure started and I am soaking in water for 30 min. Finally I asked the owner what's going on as I was on time for my appointment and no one else was there. She tells me the girl that is doing my services is still with another customer and "what do I want to do"? Rude, but ok. Sure I'll get the gel mani because my polish is already soaking off but I can't wait for the pedicure because it's now 45 past my appt time. I get my nails done and go to pay. The owners response verbatim "I'm sorry about that even though it wasn't my fault" . Threw her employee right under the bus and at the same time gave me an pretty insincere apology. At that alone is why I won't be going back. Mistakes happen, people get held up but with that response I'll just go to the 100's of other nail salons in the area that value their customers and their employees read more

My experience here was not well, if I could give it 0 stars I would. I came a couple of weeks ago to get tips done, I showed a picture of what I wanted for reference. What was done looked nothing at all like the picture. The shape was messy, the lengths of every nail were different, and they were bumpy on the top. When I was charged $65 dollars for possibly the worst nails done by a PROFESSIONAL I asked if that was a necessary price and they made me pay and only offered a new set another day or a credit. So I took the credit and just went back today for a pedicure, the owner who is disgustingly nasty to her customers pretended to not know who I was at first and then told me she "can't keep giving me a credit" and that the credit was for a new manicure set meanwhile it was my first time back there and why would I want another manicure when mine was awful the first time. Basically gave me a hard time using a $65 credit on a $26 pedicure. This owner treats her employees and customers horribly and it is a shame to see. The OWNER will be the reason I will never give them business again. read more

This salon is phenomenal with pedicures. The assistant I had really made sure the calluses on my feet were smoothed out. Not only did she make sure I was okay through out the process, she gave me a hot oil heel treatment which honestly made my feet feel amazingly soft and smooth for an extensive amount of time. I decided to give this place a shot after my nail tech left the salon I used to go to. I was happy with the services even though it was more money than I'd like to pay for my biweekly gel mani and pedi. Why rate it with one star?? Well...one week later not 1 or 2 of my nails were chipped but 6!! The polish was lifting from the tips of my nails and chipping off..my nails weren't broken or peeling but in fact very healthy so something was definitely not right with their polish-or maybe the base coat? I'm not sure. So I called the salon to ask them how long a gel mani normally lasts and their response was "It depends on what your doing"... I told the receptionist that I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, in fact I hadn't gone swimming or to the beach, etc. I've been getting gel manis for 3+ years and this has NEVER happened until I went there. She said they had a "2 day policy" and told me she couldn't do anything aside from tell the owner and have her call me back. (Still waiting on my call) So I showed up at the salon to try and l speak with the owner in person and show them my nails. I really just wanted to be reassured that this was a one time issue with their polish and that this wouldn't happen again if I got another gel mani. That was the least they could do-but never even got one apology. The owner refused to speak with me and never returned my call me that was I promised. I guess she is too busy trying to find new employees- Should've seen the giant RED FLAG waving in my face that read "help wanted" as a bad sign and turned right back around! The owner clearly has no customer service skills or any idea about how to operate a service-based business. If this is how she treats her paying customers I can imagine how she treats her employees.(which explains the now hiring plastered all over) With that being said-this is not the kind of local, small business I want to support! Where do I begin...I've been there a few times and never had an issue. Today was my final time ever going there. So after 4 attempts at making an appt i was finally able to get one for my daughter and i. I had a 3:00 appt, however I was called this morning asking could I come in at 2. I did, and I sat there waiting until 2:40. I was finally put in a pedicure chair and waited.....and waited.....the water was cold by time the tech came over. She cut my big toe, to the point I yelled "ouch". There was zero communication between the owner and tech so she had no clue I made an appt for a gel pedi. Gave me an attitude when I told her what I was there for....pedi was nice, but the girl didn't speak English so it was hard telling her what I wanted. Now I move to get a gel mani, my daughter to a regular mani. The tech who did my daughters pedi started her mani and then just up and left when another client came in. Now she sat there almost a half hour until someone else was available and could finish. We spent a total of 2.5hrs in the salon. Over priced and to top it off i have a rash all over my legs from whatever they put on me. I will stick with my usual place and never step foot inside again....we only went because we received gift cards. read more
