Tile lines are not lined up. Whole house was repainted due to the paint work being beyond unacceptable. The county building inspector thought their "final" paint work was only primer if that tells you anything. This business has several photos from our home where they are misleading people into believing the work is theirs. The "wood art installation with pendant lights" was not done by them. Not a single part of that light installation was done by them. The same cabinetry you see in that photo is also described in their gallery as "granite and cabinet install". They installed the cabinets....three times before they got them correct, even though they had the cabinet design plan with all measurements and specifications in hand from the beginning. They said the refrigerator panel the cabinet maker did was just an extra piece of material, didn't know what it was and tried to exclude it from the install. The "granite" is quartz and was NOT done by them as they imply. The custom built showers that they imply they built were simply them doing very subpar tile work without appropriate waterproofing, shower floors that did not drain properly due to inconsistent slope, and ultimately had to be ripped out and redone by a real professional. They did not construct any framing of those showers. Even lied about being able to install a niche and then said they couldn't. They boast about how they don't leave until you're satisfied but when we tried to point out issues, she blames everyone but herself and her work. Takes zero accountability. Blamed the drywall crew, blamed me. Even blamed the Sherwin Williams Super Paint for the paint issues, saying it was a bad paint. Look closely at her posted tile pics. I wish I had zoomed in on the work a lot closer, she would've never been hired to begin with. Also, if you have more than one contractor working your project, she will try to create conflict between you and your other contractors. Do yourself a favor and just hire someone else!

Despite the name, John was quite amicable. He was the only contractor to answer my request for a…read morequote on taking down a 70' cedar that was too close to the house. I had a previous quote from a private, unlicensed individual of $700 using my equipment. I thought it better to get someone with proper insurance, etc, in case the tree fell the wrong way or something, so the quote of $1000 seemed quite reasonable. He was a little late on the day in question, but had texted to let me know. When he arrived he got right to work sawing some lower branches and climbing up to attach his guide rope to the cedar, and to another tree near my property line for directing the fall path. Next thing I knew, he made a few cuts on the cedar and down it came, just where intended. (I did get it on video) Now the tedious part began. Even though I'm still recovering from a nasty battle with Covid & pneumonia, I was anxious to try the Ryobi chainsaw I bought last year, so I started trimming one side of tree while he did the other and fed the branches into his chipper. A few hours of steady work later (from him), the trunk was all cleaned and I had a nice pile of firewood started for our fire pit. He took a couple slices of the larger part of the trunk to make tables, tidied up, and left to dump the clippings, returning later for the balance of his equipment. While we have used WLR Outdoor for years for small tasks on a few of our properties, it wasn't…read moreuntil a few days ago when we had them cut down six sizable trees that I was able to see just how well Dan and the crew worked when tasked with a big project. First, let me say that I have been removing a bunch of smaller trees myself prior to having them come in to tackle the large ones and my wife thinks I was crazy to not have them do it all given how quickly they handled everything and the very reasonable pricing they offered. I know firsthand the amount of work it takes to remove even small trees so just having to point out the trees I wanted gone is so worth it. They were here early, planned out the day, and moved from task to task without issue or delay. Having watched a local neighbor's tree removal turn into a crazy mess--it was amazing how WLR Outdoor not only worked so smoothly but left the yard in amazing shape when they were complete. Locally I find that I am commonly disappointed in the final result of hiring someone. The struggle to find someone reliable AND well-priced is real, but I know at least I have my tree needs covered.
