All were big meaty wings, perfectly cooked with just right amount of breading. We also had an order of Peach Chipotle boneless wings, that were also really flavorful, solid crispy beard g and quality white meat. One in our group was not really into wi gs, so we tried the Mac and cheese - good, but not the best thing we ate. We will certainly start tracking this truck and back for more. Highly recommend!!

The menu looked simple enough and reasonable. Deciding on both a steak taco made with a corn tortilla and a chicken quesadilla, I wasn't sure what to think when the food was ready quickly, especially as those ordering before me waited a long time for their orders. When I unwrapped the food, I was not impressed with what appeared to be a quesadilla with mostly lettuce and one of the small open faced tacos. For the price, the taco was probably a good deal and the quesadilla, not so much. And then . . . and then . . . . I took the first bite of each and it was instant love. The steak pieces were melt in your mouth good and balanced the cilantro and onions. I finished that and was wishing I had ordered another instead of what I had expected to be a lettuce quesadilla. Deceptive. That's what it was. Pure deception. The chicken, cheese, and tomatoes just kept going. Every. Single. Flavor-filled. Bite. By now I was full, but wishing I weren't so I could go back and get another one of those as well. So much for preconceived notions. Taco Boy Chipotle gave me a big ol' "hah-hah". No need to worry about a next time with this truck, because there will be a next time. I've been eating fries all my life and know what fresh fries should taste like. This was definitely old fries. Now onto the chicken wings, if this is how wings taste in Buffalo, I'm going to save myself a trip and not visit. It was over cooked and dry. These are supposed to be hot wings and there were barely any sauce on it, more like naked wings to me. If you spend 15-minutes to make my food, do it right or just give me a refund. I do always get an extra sauce however because I'm a sauce person and it's good. The fried crab sticks are a unique touch although my favorite menu items would be the littos! I have since converted to a plant based diet and am pleased to say that the the jerk vegan litto is up to par with the others. It can be spicy though so beware lol. They also now offer a vegan beyond meat litto I am dying to try I just have not gotten around to it. I would say give them a try.

So we both opted for the LFG which comes with caramelized onions, banana peppers, roasted garlic aioli and lettuce. Plus we got an order each of tater tots and rosemary fries. We were told it would be about 11 minutes, which was indeed about the time it took. The tots and fries stayed nice and hot and they give you a BUNCH, which is good since they charge $5 for each. We could have easily shared one order. Note: they re-warmed fine at later times in an air fryer. Sandwiches were good, but both of us agreed that the chicken that was described as marinated and chargrilled lacked both flavors, and that's what we were most looking forward to. I also wouldn't call the onions caramelized. Sauteed yes. They do use very nice rolls. Many neighbors were happy with with their selections.

All chicken spiedie sandwiches are $11 and do not include a side. The fries were an additional $4 and are enough to share. The bahn-mi was our favorite sandwich, we did not care for the buffalo. The pimento cheese was a little too salty. My biggest complaint is the pieces of chicken, they were too big so that made the sandwiches a bit difficult to eat. I'm excited to try the LFG next.

They were so rich, I saved a couple for the next day and of course the breading was soggy by then. But again, not their fault. They also have boneless wings and offered waffle fries as well.
