I'm happy to report after trying the Al Pastor in tacos and burrito that G's passes my standard. I went during lunch time during the week. The service was efficient. Order at one window, get a number, and pick up at another window. While waiting for my orders (I went on two separate occasions), I noticed several tradesmen and laborers also patronizing G's. Always a good sign as they know where the good food at great value places are. Not much of an ambiance as it's a food truck at a gas station. However, there were tables available for eating on site as well as decent parking. The only drawback is lack of aguas frescas as I like a good Jamaica. Maybe they offer it but I missed it. Whenever I'm in the area like shopping at the nearby Costco, I'm stopping at G's to get my Tex-Mex food truck fix.

I also ordered a carnitas burrito which ended up being asada not a big deal. Burrito comes with lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, jalapeños, and avocado. Umm where are the beans and rice? The asada lacked flavor again good portions but just not what a real Mexican burrito should be. The red sauce wasn't hot and it was watery, just not sure I can return to this place, I was excited because several people recommended this spot and coming from California I was excited to eat some authentic Mexican food but far from it. To each is own but yeah not sure what the local people are talking about being great. Other than that the lady was lovely and nice and the food came out fast, but I just can't call this authentic Mexican food.

The chicken was ground up into small, crispy bites. The topping was like a pico de gallo without tomatoes and the hot sauce that came with them was absolutely perfect, spicy but not too hot. I love spicy but I think for most people the spice level would be just right. At some point soon I'll try the tamales...they have a fairly large menu with meat and seafood dishes. It was very noisy inside because a soccer game was on and it's Father's Day today but there's lots of outside seating and even though it was hot, it was still a very pleasant experience.
