All appliances/kitchen, wash room, bedrooms, bathrooms.... We keep a clean house, but this team made it over the top. I'm having my brother and sister in law spend the weekend with us and can't be so pleased with the job that was preformed. It's hard to find great service. I found it and they Have a New Client I have new Stainless Appliances in the kitchen that are only 9 months old. They cleaned it like the day they were delivered. Bedrooms, furniture Highly Polished, bed comforters and pillows displayed like your find on your first day on a cruise ship. They even displayed my wife's stuffed bear on the bed. I really wanted to keep using this service, but I had to fire them today after yet another…read morescheduling frustration. I've used them for both regular house cleaning and a move-out clean. On the positive side, the cleaning itself is decent, and the ladies who come to the house are always very nice and respectful. However, their punctuality and communication are major issues. They are consistently late - often upwards of 30 minutes. What makes it incredibly frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication. They will wait until the exact time they are scheduled to arrive to tell me they are running behind, or they will say they are showing up "soon" and then take over half an hour to actually get here with absolute radio silence in between. This has wasted my time on several occasions and forced me to push back my own plans while waiting around for them to show up. If you have a completely wide-open schedule and don't mind waiting around, their cleaning is fine. But if you value your time and expect basic professional communication regarding ETAs, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I value 3 hours of my time at more than $20. If he had said from the start "Hey they are running late", I could have gone and done something else. But they were always "Just right around the corner" so I didn't want to leave and miss them. Also, he said the cleaners "Didn't find a parking lot".
