The kicker was when I was doing some investigating on why my air conditioning electricity bill was so high I found that one of the air handler returns was open and venting the cooled air into the attic. I also found a vent pipe in the attic missing sections so that it was disconnected in two places. The items he missed have cost us several thousand dollars so far. I just hope that is the extent of it. I sent him an email regarding this and he has not even responded.

My husband took pictures of the situation & sent them to our agent. He in turn sent them to this company asking them to come back & place the back in it's proper level position. Our agent has tried all day to reach the company with no response. We have now discovered that the receptacle by the stove was pulled out & not placed back properly. There are places where the roofing material has cracked, was not applied correctly and other areas where there is exposed wood with no roofing material. Kevin came out and looked at it, was very evasive, and asked what we wanted done. I'd have thought the roofing expert could see the problems to fix. During the recent storms I developed a water leak. I was pissed as you can imagine. I called Lines and Lundgreen and they found the problem right away. The air-conditioning subcontractors had left the electric lines unsealed, breaker box open and scrap wire on my roof. Thier man Kevin Tunell not only showed me pictures of the problem,then went on to seal the electrical conduit. Now mind you this is after the adjuster for the insurance company had came by and inspected it. The insurance adjuster only would tell me that I would get his report. I felt like we were on an episode from the HGTV channel. - A few days later, we received the email of their findings, replete with pictures. Everything was in layman's terms. Very appreciated. He provided us with a quick rundown with what he observed and then followed up with providing us with a binder documenting everything! There were several cracked tiles on the roof that needed replacing. The home owner's realtor had arranged for a roofing company to come fix the broken tiles. The work on the roof was done so quickly that the home owner had doubts that it was done correctly. So, I contacted Victor and asked if he would be able to come by and determine if the tiles had, in fact, been replaced. He showed up within an hour of me calling and was able to determine that the tiles he noted as needing replacement had been taken care of. And, he did not charge me! If you want a good inspection done by a professional, Victor is your man!!

Selling my information is not cool. I've gotten calls and emails from various services I'm not interested in that literally say they got your info from Brickkicker. They think if they throw the name Brickkicker out then you will recognize it and stay on the phone. Not cool. A valued and trusted company should also value your personal information.

Very good, extremely responsive...did a great job and good report. I would have given a five star…read morerating but be missed a few fairly significant items in my report. A ballast light in the garage was flickering and did not work right and grout was coming off some of the tiling in the house.
