Forest Park Honda was the 3rd place I stopped at that morning and the only one that went above and beyond to help a guy from out of town. I will never go there again in spite of the fact that its location is so convenient. His brother has a place way on the other side of town where I go for many things. Amazing service! We were traveling home to IL and had a flat on I-90 outside of Erie, PA. We stopped at the first exit for gas when I asked a gentleman if you knew of a place that could help us. He recommended Perkins and gave us directions. When we got to the shop, the owner immediately helped us, repaired our tire while we waited, put it back on our car, and charged us such a great price that we were completely floored, all with a smile and fantastic attitude. It was potentially a terrible situation made all the better by Tom at Perkins Automotive. I just want to say thank you to him and highly recommend his shop. The experience made our year, let alone day.

I was easily able to make an appointment that fit my schedule (and the schedule of the person who had to pick me up and drop me off while my car was there).
