Why does it take me asking about my points for someone behind the counter to consider that I may want rewards? Why won't they do their job, and idk, ask about my points, even? What happened to work ethic and Trying? I don't see any of those bud tenders ever actually attending to the people nor care if they get their money's worth. Out of all 50 dispensaries I've visited so far, this was by far the worst experience. The security guard was incredibly rude and immediately told me to leave without any respect or professionalism. As someone who used to manage a dispensary myself, I can honestly say if an employee treated customers like that under me, they would've been fired instantly. I've tried calling them multiple times in the last month and they have never picked up but finally, I was able to get on the phone with them today and a young woman picked up the phone. I asked her if there was a manager in, and she said no, and I explained my situation and how frustrating it is. Do you know what she did? She hung up on me before I could even continue talking.
